OLD FASHIONED CHRISTMAS 2018

Christmas gifts this year for my grandkids ages 18-6 each will be getting a clear bag stuffed with a card game, with snacks like Cracker Jacks, Animal Crackets, one of these ((((tiny slinky’s)))) and slippers. I’m anxious to see how much fun the kids have this year.

Squirrels hate it!

I put this on a shepherd's hook that holds a bird feeder. Squirrels try to jump on it to get up to the feeder but end up grabbing the Slinky and sliding back down to the ground, like a little "squirrel elevator." Lol!

This metal slinky is far better than the plastic ones. My son receive a plastic slinky, I remember when I was a boy I had a metal one. So I went to see if they still made them. Lucky to my surprise they still do. So I ordered this for my son, and he's been playing with this metal Slinky every day for at least 20 or 40 minutes, sometimes longer, it is his favorite toy now, it was one of my favorite toys when I was his age, and he seven. Would highly recommended to anybody that has a young child, and show them what they're missing out on, a metal slinky opposed to a plastic one there's know comparison.

great gift

Liked everything. Perfect piece. I Purchased it as a requested present for an 80-year-old woman, who took it to her senior center as a show and tell. She said Everyone enjoyed it and it worked perfectly. She remembered it as a child.

Awesome buy!

My boys absolutley love these! I got them for our move. We travelled by vehicle 8 hours. They played with them the whole trip. Ages 4, 7, and 10. They have lasted quite well too. It's been a month, the 7 and 10 year olds looks new. The 4 year old got his tangled so it looks rough but still usable.

Very fun

I bought this to put on my bird feeder to discourage the squirrels from getting to the bird seed. It's funny to watch. I bought a second one so I can sing the song ... "what walks down stairs, alone or in pairs and makes a slinkety sound." Haha. I haven't had a slinky in years and it is very fun.

Yes old school slinky

I bought this for my daughter because she messes up the plastic ones so quickly. Well she still found a way to tangle this one up but it took much longer! Lol Great you for children. She loves it and I recommend to everyone

Great old-time toy!

Great old-time toy. I purchased 4 of these at Christmastime for 4 children. Actually, I purchased just one but the other children were all playing with the one so I made a day-after Christmas Day Slinky-Run to purchase 3 more. I recently purchased one for myself. I might use it as an Anti-Squirrel Defense/Deterrent for a bird seed feeder on a pole. The Slinky is made of steel and very durable. The dimensions are 2 5/8 inch diameter and 2 1/4 inch compressed.

The kids loved playing with it.

I was kind of thinking that this would be a silly gift to give to today's modern children; however I got one of the boys this gift and all of the kids were playing with it on the stairs and Christmas morning. They all enjoyed the good old slinky as much as I did when I was a child.

Very sturdy toy!

My two year old loves a slinky but will tangle a plastic one in record time. I bought four plastic ones at the dollar store and they were all tangled in less than a week. He got this metal one for Christmas and it was a HUGE hit. He plays with it daily and shows it no mercy. It's still in the same condition as day one. I'm impressed by the quality and I really like that my son gets to enjoy a traditional toy.
