It is larger than I expected, but smaller than the original. I did this on purpose because my son had the large one and it tore up quickly. This one seems like it will hold up longer because everything fits together more tightly.

Small toy-sized Slinky Dog

This Slinky Dog is a perfect sized toy for small children. Our six-year-old daughter plays with hers frequently, and the Slinky does not stretch out. A string runs down the middle of the Slinky coil joining the front part of the dog to the back part, and this prevents over-stretching. Nice design! It features a pull-string and wheels on the feet, but they are mostly useless because the toy is too small to effectively pull along while a child is walking. But our daughter loves playing with it. Good quality product.

Small but cute!

Small but cute! Kids love it and it’s still working with toddlers :)

Cute toy

Wouldn't recommend for a 3 year old if u want it to last long. I knew going into this my toddler would destroy it in a matter of hours. Slinkies just aren't for little people that like to wrap strings and cords around all objects in their room to create an obstacle course (or as mine calls it, a spider web). By the end of day one there was a kink in his slink. My son still absolutely loves the toy though. It is pretty small, so read the description before u buy.

Poof ~ Toy Story Slinky Jr.

This Slinky Toy Story Dog Jr. was purchased after much consideration. He is much smaller than the regular size Slinky but also much for suited for tiny hands. He is absolutely adorable and I'm sure that our 2 1/2 year old Great Grandson will love him. Small take on a classic

Smaller than original (as described). Some reviews are correct in that kids can't pull it around very well (short string, legs won't stay up). But my son loved it and probably had no intention of pulling it around. Worth the cheaper price point than original

Exactly as described

This slinky dog is exactly as described. My son absolutely loved it! It does not stand up on its own and it’s difficult to make roll while pulling the string but if your little one just loves the character and wants a slinky off of their own, this one is perfect!

Give the dog some respect!

I bought this despite the bad reviews and my son loves it. I see a lot of complaints that the string is not long enough. Yes, the string is short but I would rather my son deal with it than have him choke himself with a long string. Things are designed with safety in mind. The other big complaint revolves around the slinky piece getting twisted and bent. This happens to ANY slinky if it is twisted and bent. I'm just saying, give slinky dog a chance...

Product was exactly as described!

I am extremely pleased with the Slinky Dog I received it is exactly what I was looking for. I seen a few others available on Amazon but wasn't sure if they would be the appropriate size so the measurements were an extreme help the product was exactly as described and I received it than I expected. So happy with this purchase!
