Works! Catches more than fleas!!
Probably ninth time ordering. Definitely works! I will always order these as they catch more than just fleas and we have 4 animals that go in and out. We had a major flea investation in our lizard cage...in the sand...probably due to cats sitting on top the cage. I used this in several rooms of the house and caught 3 or 4 fleas in each room along with mosquitos, gnats, & ticks - even a wasp that was attracted to the light and a field roach that made it in. When I put this in the lizard cage for a few nights, this was the result (see pic). Don't put this in the cage with your lizard though. We rigged it up to hang in the cage and our lizard still managed to get to it. It took an hour to free him from the sticky pad. I know you can make your own trap but this looks so much neater sitting in the living room or bedroom when needed, rather than a bowl of water and dish detergent with a light over it. Plus, it's safer for our animals. Our neighbors just ordered this after seeing what ours do!

Hey, these things really work
I had a really bad flea infestation a few years ago. I tried different things. I scattered diotomaceous earth and vacuumed it up and it destroyed my vacuum. Anyway, I put one of these traps in my living room and one in each bedroom. I've kept them all on ever since then and the fleas are all gone! It didn't take long either. I still keep them on just in case any fleas find their way into the house. They caught a few other kinds of bugs too. Highly recommended. In fact, I'm just about to buy some for my son to see if they work with bedbugs too.

super sticky, but easy enough to replace once you get the hang of it. I would much rather use this product than flea bombs that made me deathly ill, despite following the directions, and still didn't kill the fleas! I had success against the fleas by washing bed linens and rugs frequently (I have 2 cats and 1 dog that all sleep on the bed) and vacuuming often and setting out small bowls of water with dish soap before I got the Victor Flea trap. I'm lucky that I don't have carpeting -- that made it much easier to get rid of the fleas -- having stone floors that I could wash with soap & water.

Flea Free Finally!
Dog brought fleas in. She received multiple baths, was already on Frontline, changed to a flea collar, sprayed the house, washed the rugs, etc. Still had fleas!!!! I decided to forget doing all that again and set this out in her area for about a week. Easy to see what your catching and that was a lot of fleas! Took care of the problem with this flea trap and her new flea collar. Forgetting all that hard work and expensive stuff if this ever happens again.

Love these flea traps! They really work!
I am buying more refills as I have 3 and LOVE these traps. I am now using the traps to monitor the fleas. We have 5 dogs. We live in Houston and the fleas have been really bad this year. The fleas have continued to hatch, but not re-produce (I'm keeping my fingers crossed). Every day I literally count the DEAD fleas in the traps, then vacuum. Every day for the last 6 days, less and less fleas are jumping onboard the flea trap. I have been told by professionals that vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. I treated the carpet and other furniture and their bedding with a spray that neutralizes the fleas so that they can't reproduce. If it's okay to say, the spray is called NOVACIDE. I have also treated our yard with granules and a topical spray. These Flea Traps really do work and I keep them under the beds where the dogs like to hide and sleep. It is good to see how many you trap and end the cycle. PS. I have a Dyson and was told to empty the canister into a bag, OUTSIDE after every vacuuming and dispose of the contents directly into the trash can. Good Luck to everyone.

It works!
This is my second time buying the refills after purchasing the original kit (that came with two). It really does trap fleas, as well as any other bugs who get drawn to it. I've seen fleas, a few bed bugs, moths, and gnats all trapped on the paper. We keep it plugged in day and night, as I'm not home or awake often enough to see what times trap the most, though I suspect night due to the light in the darkness. Unfortunately, my community is bug-infested, so I'm unable to get rid of the outside sources. This helps where I have at least a little more control.

This is a lifesaver
I had infestations of fleas because of two dogs and a cat. I cannot tolerate pesticides and don't want to subject my dogs to any more pesticides than they already have been exposed to. But the fleas were in the house and biting all of us including in my bed. I was beside myself about what to do. Then I found these traps. WHAT A GREAT RELIEF. I bought 3 of these and right away they started catching fleas. I put down some diatomaceous earth on the carpets and used these lamps in each room. Within a few days I was no longer being bit. Within a few more days the dogs were scratching much less. My infestation was gone within a week without any harsh chemicals or fogging my house. I keep these lit 24/7 all year round as an added bonus it also captures other bugs in the house too. I will use these forever as long as I have pets in my house. The sticky pads don't cost all that much and work unbelievably well. I feel good about not poisoning the environment, myself or my pets and love how easy this is to use. I wish it didn't take electricity to use but it is a small price to pay for such relief for me and my dogs.

took care of the flies
My apartment screen door has a huge gap that cant be repaired unless you replace the entire frame and screen. Worse design I have ever seen. My sister had opened the door and not placed tape over the gap so ONE fly got in. Well obviously that was a happy mamma fly that decided to have babies somewhere in my apartment. One turned into a bunch. It was nerve racking and even though it was now 20 degrees outside, I couldnt kill them. Cant just spray because I have ferrets. I had 2 of these units as my ferrets had caught fleas when we stayed at "pet friendly" hotel rooms when I moved 2000 miles. They worked on the fleas which are all gone and they definitely worked on the flies that I was able to corral to my bedroom and keep out from the rest of the apartment (I ended up sleeping in the living room!). These 2 units caught over 15 flies in a couple days. By the time pest control got here - I had caught most of them with this product. What a life saver. Definitely recommend for quick control while you wait for the experts.
