Just as advertised.

Bought these for my parents since they're renting out they're home. They arrived earlier than expected and they're perfect and simple enough for anyone to use. Love the carbon copy so you can keep track of the payment history.

Exactly as described!

These are great! They are all made very well. The color is not faded. It's easy to write on with all pens (ballpoint is the best). The only thing I wish they would come with is a cardboard divider so it doesn't write on the carbon copy on the next page. I ended up taking the cardboard of the back of my notepad and using that. I do like that it's a spiral notebook so you don't have to fuss with the pages. This is exactly as I expected and described!!!

Quality receipt book..

It does exactly what I bought it for : To give out receipts for rent. No need for messy carbon paper and the cover is torn off and used as a backer underneath the receipts so there's no ink bleed through.

i received this receipt book in the mail today. The receipt book was packaged nicely and avoided any damage or tampering during its shipment. The receipt book also arrived quickly thanks to amazon prime and the speedy processing of the seller. I have bought this receipt book in the past at office depo, I was excited because this was cheaper than the one i had gotten at the store. I personally use these books to keep track of my daycare parents payments. It is easy to use and simple just what i need. The only thing that is kind of annoying is that you have to rip the cover off and use it to put in between the papers. Its not a huge deal though to me. I personally rely on others reviews when i am looking to purchase something online. That is why i try to do the best review in hopes to help others learn more about products based more on a personal experience rather than just reading a products description. i would personally recommend this receipt book. this is the third one that i have bought and i am happy with them.

Great for landlords

Have been using these for years, 3 pages does a full year for each property. Only issue is same as others complain about, no protector between pages when writing. I just always leave a piece of junk mail or something similar inside to put behind the page I am writing on when needed

Great way to track income

We have rental units and this receipt book helps us to keep track of rental cash flow both in and what is still outstanding. It is a very simple form with carbon copies. Everyone we rent to gets a receipt so there can be no mistake on when and if rents have been paid for any given month. I have looked around and this is a great price from amazon. Staples has it for $9,99.

Saved me a trip to the store.

Nice to have this delivered to my door and with a good price. I prefer this size receipt book; stamp my business information in the corner of each receipt and get a duplicate. Obviously, need to put cardboard between the pages before writing.

Good purchase

I was in need of a couple of receipt books right away and couldn't even find it at office depot and walmart near my house so I decided to give it a try on Amazon. The price is even cheaper. It's a smaller version which it fits my bag perfectly without having to squeeze them in. Overall, it's a good purchase.

Convenient piece of mind.

Since the era of check writing is mostly a thing of the past, I simply used the plethora of excess checks as a receipt record for paying my online bills. It worked out just fine, but I decided I wanted to move on and stop wasting my checks and get a receipt book and I'm glad I did. Now I have a central record for all my payments as well as a record I can add to my files. I have also used as a record for private sales and personal debt. the only downside I can think of is that the barrier you are supposed to use to prevent transferring onto other receipts is the front cover and I wanted to leave that in tact so instead I used an old heavy card stock insert that has contact information printed on it. It is perfect for noting down telephone numbers for your utility carriers, repair places and whatnot I have also used junk mail credit card offer as a barrier and they work great! I highly recommend these for anyone to help keep your records straight and not just rely on the confirmation email.

Great product for the price!

I run a business out of my home where not everything is done in the form of check. A few of my clients prefer to pay in cash and I like to not only give them record of making a payment, but also have record of receiving a payment. The Adams Money and Rent Receipt Book is super easy to fill out and easy to use. This can be used for rent, or there is an "other" option that you can fill in for your specific needs. It has a carbon copy for you to keep for your records and has tons of pages. The price is a great value for the product and I am glad that I ordered.
