Keeping Puzzles Organized - Happily OCD
This is ** NOT ** a "received item... for giving a review" Review - I selected & purchased this product after much researching and reading reviews, when available, to find the "just right" one! I'm thankful to all those that take the time to write reviews, which have enabled me to learn more about the product/s so I may make a selection & order with "well informed" confidence. I try to "return the favor" by writing reviews too. Some items that I'm "overly thrilled" with will inspire me to write a very detailed review. This is one of those items... MY REVIEW: Very pleased with this product - received on time (or early). THANK YOU! Thankful to all those that wrote reviews - helped in my decision to order for not only this storage stand, but also as to which puzzles I wanted to order to ensure they'll fit this stand. For example, had originally thought to order the chunky puzzles and / or large knob puzzles. Instead, I opted to order Melissa & Doug "peg puzzles" (has smaller pegs) and they fit perfectly. NOTE: there are other puzzles that'll also fit, I've only mentioned these three "types" as they were the only ones I was contemplating for my toddler grandson, at this time. One little detail... I felt that my "Melissa & Doug" Puzzles were sliding in a little "too snug" and didn't want it to cause any undue wear along the sides of the puzzles. As an easy solution, I pulled ever so slightly upon both the left & right sides (simultaneously) on this Storage Case, with gentle pressure, just until it had widened it "just a bit more" to allow for no more rubbing on the sides of the puzzles. No problem, and really NOTHING to merit any form of concern. Only worthy of mentioning this easy solution, IF others also run into the same minor dilemma. As for those that stated a concern about there being no "bumper pads" on the bottom to help protect surfaces - I have no such concern. Have felt all over the bottom, especially the corners and am confident that it should not cause ANY type of marring upon my table top or shelving where I have it placed. IF you have any such worry, or want to give "extra careful" protection to your surface, I liked the suggestion another reviewer gave for such a concern. Use of any "non-slip shelf liner" or "Grip Easy Liner Non-Adhesive Shelf Liner", ought to be a safe and happy solution for you. Wow! You read my complete review? :D Please click "yes" or "no" button to vote as to how helpful you found my review. Welcome to add any comment, too. THANK YOU!

Works great!
I was hesitant about this holder based on other reviews. We have quite a few puzzles and I wanted to organize them neatly in a small space, but reviews made it seem like most puzzles would not fit. But they do! We have Melissa and Doug as well as off brand puzzles and they all fit. We have a few chunky Melissa and Doug puzzles and they did fit, you can even put one on the top and you can skip a row, though we have the Animal one and Transportation one and they fit fine, though they don't look as nice bc there is no gap between the puzzles so I am putting our chunky puzzles elsewhere. If you have standard wood puzzles, even some with tiny knobs, they will fit fine. We have one sesame street puzzle, it's on the bottom, sticks out but it does fit. I'm so glad I bought this!

Even better that it fit perfectly in the cube storage we ...
Exactly what I needed to hold my daughter's M&D puzzles - we have the peg ones right now and I'll be adding the 12-piece soon. Even better that it fit perfectly in the cube storage we have in the playroom (the cubes are about 13"x13"). Very sturdy and easy to get the puzzles in and out.

The best storage for puzzles!
This is the perfect case to hold puzzles! We have chunky puzzles, magnetic puzzles, peg puzzles and standard puzzles in the holder. I have primarily Melissa & Doug puzzles but I do have a few puzzles from other makers mixed in there too. I have no complaints about this holder. I only wish that I would have purchased it as soon as I started stocking up on puzzles!

Simple and works
This is a great little puzzle storage solution. I have Melissa and Doug chunky puzzles, (small) Melissa & Doug peg puzzles (the alphabet, numbers, and fish colors), and other generic puzzles in it and it works fine. For the chunky puzzles, I did have to leave one space empty above them as they are slightly higher than the space available, but since I don't have twelve puzzles, there was room. They still go in and out easily. I noticed an immediate difference in my daughter's interest in playing with the puzzles - when they were just stacked, she mostly ignored them, but now that she can see them all, they were her new favorite toys. As others mentioned, the feet are metal and would scratch a surface, but I just put little felt feet on them (the adhesive kind) - problem solved. I don't think you can beat this for the price.

Good Product but did not work for me
My grandson cannot use this rack, but it is not a fault of the product. I did not read the information correctly before I made the purchase. It did state this would not accommodate sound puzzles and that is what I needed. So, obviously, I need to pay more attention before hitting the "BUY" button. :-)

pegged puzzles fit this rack
I love this puzzle rack because it holds puzzles with pegs. I had a more triangular shaped rack and could only put in the flat puzzles. It is disappointing that the thicker sound puzzles don't fit, but I am SO happy to have a place for all my pegged puzzles. I am also happy that this rack is so much more affordable than the wooden racks and takes up less space.

I now have two!
I bought some Melissa & Doug puzzles, but had a bunch of puzzles from decades ago and they fit nicely. I like using these because you're less likely to have small kids/grandkids pulling out a bunch of puzzles at once and dumping them all over. So it makes for less mess and clean up!

A great puzzle rack for all different types of puzzles. Fits knob puzzles!
This puzzle storage rack is excellent. I just got it today, but am already loving the additional organization it provides. I currently have 7 puzzles in it, so it is not full. To address some questions and past reviewer complaints: 1) Yes, the picture now matches the product you get. 2) There are NO sharp edges or metal pieces, I think maybe that reviewer possibly got a bad one. I do not see how this would scratch up wood unless maybe you slide it back and forth a lot. The pieces of metal that touch the bottom surface are all rounded and smooth. 3) It DOES hold peg puzzles and the big knob puzzles. I am attaching photos. The M&D puzzles that have the small plastic knobs fit perfectly, and you do not need to skip any rows. The M&D puzzles that have the large wooden knobs (baby's first puzzles) also fit, but you need to leave at least one row above empty. I have have a M&D gear puzzle sitting on top of the rack and because the metal supports protrude just a bit, it doesn't slide off. I honestly do not understand some of the more negative reviews. I also think people saying the knob puzzles don't work are referring to the wooden ones, and are expecting to be able to use every rack. Pictures: I took a few from different angles and stacking the puzzles differently. The two puzzles on the bottom have the colored small plastic pegs. The next two up are the magnetic fishing and bug catching puzzles. Note that they can be stored with the fishing/bug catching magnetic pole resting on top, and can still be stacked without leaving a space in between. The next puzzle up is a M&D farm animal giant wooden knob puzzle, it's barn-shaped and still fits in the rack. You can fit another puzzle on top if you leave one rack open in between. If you look at one of the pics, you can see leaving a single rack open, the knobs just touch the bottom of the next puzzle. The next puzzle is a custom-made name puzzle. I just slid it into the rack sideways. Perfect The top puzzle in some of the pics is one of the M&D gear puzzles. These won't fit in the rack, but will sit perfectly on top without falling off.

Yes!!
This has been great for all of our wooden puzzles! I skip a slot to accommodate the ones with pegs in the pieces. We also have a couple of the magnetic ones where you fish/catch the bugs with your “net” and I skipped a slot so that I could place the pole/net on top of the puzzle. You could always place them off to the side, though. My kids have played with their puzzles 10x more than usual because they are visible and accessible and I’m happy because they are organized! Side note- it fits perfectly in one of our Kallax cubbies, in case you aren’t sure of the size.
