I'm extremely pleased with this pot. I struggled in deciding which size would work best for our use and decided to try this 12 quart size. It's a great size for large batch cooking. I'm also using it to bring hot pack canning foods to a boil then filling my jars. I fill the pot to the top and when hot it fills 7 quarts to can plus enough for a couple of meals or a couple of extra jars. You can even water bath can in this jewel. Not too big and not too small. Really like the quality of this pan.

Love love love this stock pot! It took me awhile to decide which to buy because I wanted to get a high quality pot that wasn’t too expensive. The size is perfect for me. There were no issues with the pot when it arrived and it’s been working great for the few weeks I’ve had it. It comes with an easy to use warranty (don’t have to send anything in, it’s all online!)

This is my go-to pot for building up long-simmered bone stocks, and for large batches of *any* kinds of soups or other meals. Retains heat, sturdy, and cleans well, 'tho it's too big for the kitchen sink -- so it gets soaped up and cleaned on towels under the bathtub faucets. Couldn't be happier, recommended.

I only used this for large batch boiling/steaming like spaghetti, potatoes, tamales, etc and it is perfect for the job. Water boils quickly and it can fit a full size spaghetti noodle perfectly.

After struggling to make Christmas Eve chili in an inappropriate pot, we did some hands on research and ordered a Cuisinart 766-26 Chef's Classic 12-Quart Stockpot with Cover which arrived during the holidays within two days after Christmas. The ham bone I was blessed with on Christmas Day became a part of a delicious vegetable soup within the week. We had plenty at home, were able to freeze the rest which was eventually given to a friend whose daughter had serious back surgery. They were able to enjoy a couple of meals of homemade soup. Since they both suffer from back pain, it offered them some nice warm meals which they could easily warm up and enjoy. The key to all this was the light weight pot with a thick solid bottom which is perfect for making large amounts of liquid foods such as soups, chilis or hot chocolate. For us senior citizens, light weight cookware is imperative.

My mom loved her Christmas present. She lost everything to Harvey and she needed a stainless pot but the ones she looked at locally were over priced and not actually what she wanted. We looked on Amazon and found this pot and she said, i think that's exactly what I'm looking for and the price is better and better quality. She made Shrimp Creole in it for lunch today! Merry Christmas

This is now my go to soup and stock pot. Also works great for pickling due to the large size. Solid construction and good thickness to the metal.

My wife had always wanted a large soup pot. I saw this product advertised and purchased it through Amazon at a great price. The provider not only offered it at a great price, but had delivery take place before the promised date. We are very pleased with the purchase in every way. Many thanks!

I love this 12 qt pot. I read lots of reviews on lots of websites before I chose this one. It fits perfectly on the large size burner on my glass top stove. It arrived in time to do my fall canning. My 10 1/4 " canning rack fits perfectly. It is deep enough for pint size jars for water bath canning. My canning rack sits kinda high and I cant fit quart jars in it. Now I want another one - maybe the 8 qt size to cook the jams and for smaller batches of stews etc. The handles make it easy to pick up and pour. They don't seem to get excessively hot. The lid fits very well; I haven't had any problems with the lid popping up and spitting out steam or water. Its also a shiny, pretty pot. My husband even remarked that it was a great looking pot.

Very nice set, not too heavy like other SS sets, solid metal covers will never shatter, very impressed with the quality for the price, would recommend for anyone who likes to cook and is sick of the non stick sets that are no good after 2-3 years, this set will last a long time
