Bit pricy but Excellent product !

I love this product.. wish was bit cheaper but I love it so that I do not constantly make tea even in summer ! Very easy to use and doesn’t take up so much space ( though my kitchen is huge) ! I love it

Nice addition to the kitchen

This hot pot is the perfect addition to the kitchen. Now I don't have to heat water in the microwave or in a tea kettle. I have instant hot water available 24/7. It looks good and works perfectly. If you drink a lot of tea or other instant hot drinks then you will love this item.

Five Stars

It is an amazing product. Its durable and so so reliable. The non-sticky things inside still as it is after use for two years. I've mailed it to another state as I had to move. You know the bumps and thrust it got, it was just dented outside but still works great. Bleach that is deposited inside just goes away if you warm for a few wars with even lemon juice. I will always recommend this item.

This works great!

My mother, originally from Japan, lives on hot water daily for coffee and tea! She would always talk about the water heater and thermos warmer they had in Japan. Every morning she would boil water in her whistling kettle waking everyone up in the house at an ungodly hour, then heat up water the same throughout the day. I ordered one of these, it arrived quickly, I plugged it in, filled it up and now all she talks about is her own water heater and thermos warmer. And everyone can sleep-in peacefully in the morning. It is so easy to use, just keep it filled with water and leave it on, push the top to dispense hot water! And it looks nice on the kitchen counter.

Boiling water without the wait!

I received one of these as a gift, because I'm a constant tea drinker who can't lift a kettle of boiling water. A friend admired it so much that when I saw a reasonably priced reconditioned one on Amazon's "used" list, I bought it for her. She loves it but only time will tell how it will hold up. So far, so good.

Quality appliance

After 10 years of almost daily use, my Zojirushi Super Boiler finally quit. It was so great, that in its honor I purchased a second one. Reliable, quiet, efficient, and a relatively small footprint on a kitchen counter. Recommended!

Very durable

A little too expensive, but is worth the price. Bought it to replace the exact same item that I used for 15+ years around the clock, daily. I literally unplug it to wash it and return to use. Great product.

After 25 yrs. ...

This item was purchased to replace a still working, similar Zojirushi item purchased 25 yrs. ago in Japan. We are pleased with all the new features and always having hot water for beverages, etc. especially in winter .

Questionable of counterfeit

I had this same model in college, got this on amazon and after a few month use I question if this is even from the manufacture cuz it started to look like rust inside with regular cleaning

Easy to use

Easy to follow instructions. Easy to use. Other brands I have had lasted several years - so hopefully this one will too.
