They say pictures are worth a thousand words. View what it is looking like on my 1993 Bounder. Good luck with your application. Apr 6th. I want to add some additions to my previous comments. If you use a buffer, plan on doubling or tripling your order. I used a buffer on 1 side and discovered I was running out fast so I ordered more. I wanted to see how much I would save by applying by hand and it uses about half doing it by hand. I had to buy 2 sets for my 34 foot Bounder class A. You will have an over abundance of the third step the final wax but the nice thing is, you will be applying it 2-3 times per year and you will have plenty to use. Step #1 is more difficult by hand but I reached the same result by hand as my Makita orbital. The time that you take to use the orbital is 6's because of tiresome hoofing it around and applying so often. I felt like i got a more even application when I did it by hand. Step #2 seems useless because of what the first application does but it does make sense to polish after you just deoxidized. It is not too noticeable by view but the touch is a difference. It's like it adds a gel coat back to the oxidization you just peeled off. It looks just beautiful. Step #3 goes on so smooth and polishes off nicely. Smells good too... :)... I was totally impressed, that's why I gave it 5 Stars. The Fiberglass loves it... Good luck to you...

Great product
I took a leap of faith and bought this to restore an old fiberglass tub/shower. I honestly had no expectations but it was going to cost me $700 to have it professionally refinished. I figured for $36 it was worth the risk. Well it did a fantastic job and made a 40 year old unit look like new. Admittedly, I had to do some serious scraping of old hard water deposit and soap scum, but after that, this product brought back the shine, took care of scratches and evened out any discoloration. It is beautiful beyond all expectations and I can't recommend this product highly enough.

It went from old dingy yellow to a nice new off-white
We used this kit to wax our RV from 1999. This kit is a 3 step process with a different bottle/chemical for each step. Each bottle/step requires a different type of buffing pad for your buffer, so hopefully you have that available. It took a lot of effort, but after the third step our RV was a totally different color! It went from old dingy yellow to a nice new off-white. It didn't take it back to white-white but it definitely got close. If you put the sweat into it, this kit definitely works!! Couldn't be happier with the results. Would definitely recommend.

I would have written this review sooner but I had to wait for my arms to recover. My boat was looking a little tired from sitting in the sun for years. I used these products as instructed plus with help from some you tube videos and couldn't be happier. Boat looks so good I got started on the RV. Holy cow a who would think that a 36 foot fifth wheel trailer could almost make my arms fall off and that is using a rotary buffer. Very happy with the results. Good product at a VERY good price compared to the local stores.

This is an excellent product.
This is an excellent product. I purchased a used 2009 Attitude 33 ft Toy Hauler trailer in Feb. 2015. The previous owner washed and waxed it a few times a year so the fiberglass was in good condition. I used a RV wax I purchased at Camping World and waxed the trailer last month. It didn't clean or polish well. I read the reviews on Amazon that were posted for the 3 step process: Meguiar's M4965 Marine/RV Fiberglass Restoration System. I was very happy with the results. The first step removed the small amount of oxidation and the previous wax that was present. As described in the reviews, step 2 (polish) and step 3 (wax) brought back the bright white shiny look. I purchased the "Meguiar's MT300 Pro Power DA Polisher" from Amazon, which makes the job go faster and provides the best results. You will still need to do some small hand waxing around the edges. I also used the wax (step 3) on all my decals/stickers on the trailer, which will protect them from fading. Apply it by using Meguiar's W0004 Foam Applicator Pad 4-1/2". I have included a picture. The cloudy day doesn't represent the best results. Here are all the items I purchased from Amazon: Meguiar's MT300 Pro Power DA Polisher Meguiar's (DBP5) 5" DA Backing Plate Meguiar's M4965 Marine/RV Fiberglass Restoration System Meguiar's DFC5 5" DA Foam Cutting Disc (Step 1) Meguiar's DFP5 5" DA Foam Polishing Disc (Step 2) Meguiar's DFF5 5" DA Foam Finishing Disc (Step 3) Meguiar's W0004 Foam Applicator Pad 4-1/2", 4 per pack (for hand waxing some areas)

This stuff worked great on a 20 year old boat
This stuff worked great on a 20 year old boat. The fiberglass gel-coat looks like it is fresh out of the factory. Before and after shots below

Great Results!
Bought this kit for my recent 1988 Bayliner Center Console that looked as though it had not been buffed in years. From the start of the oxidation remover, the color really came out in the boat. I was tempted to skip the polish, as I typically only compound and wax my vehicle, but decided to go for it. The polish is amazing - I did side by side comparisons of areas compounded versus areas polished, and it was night and day. The polish helped enrich the blues and whites on the hull of my boat. The wax finished it off with a protective layer that guards against water spots, bird droppings, etc... I will be buying again and highly recommend it!

Great results!
Meguires is fantastic! We left our RV in Yuma, AZ for one summer and the amount of oxidation was very surprising. It looked like our RV had aged 10 years. We take pride in all our vehicles so I researched how to make our RV look descent again. Meguires products got high ratings, so I bought it and ,indeed, it made our RV look new again. I won't lie, there is a lot of elbow grease involved to get the oxidation off and we had to buy a new buffer, but it was well worth the results. Our whole RV travel club has now purchased it for their rigs as well!

Looks like new again!
As you can see from the first photo my trailer needed help. AZ sun did some damage and I started from the back and worked my way forward. It took 3 days working at day break till 12 noon every day. Sun warmed up the surface to much after the noon sun hit. Lucky for the cold front that came through with 60 degree days. This product did what it said it would do. I have no complaints. Must admit I wasn’t sure this would work. Happy to say it looks great!

Worked well for me
Bought a trailer made in 2006 and apparently has sat outside in all kinds of weather since date of manufacture. It might have been covered, at times, but the cover that came with looks new. Box on the trailer is 20' long. When I would run my fingers over the skin of the trailer they would quickly turn white. How I used this product since the Oxidation Remover said it was for "mild" oxidation, whatever "mild" means. 1. Rinsed the trailer and also kept the side of the trailer I was working on wet in front of my work area. 2. In a 1-quart bottle, I mixed 2 tbs of liquid laundry soap, 2 tbs Simple Green, and filled the bottle with water. 3. Using Scotch-brite„ General Purpose Scouring Pad 3m Corporation and this mixture, I would gently scrub the side of the trailer, rinsing frequently. It would typically take 3 washes to remove the majority of the oxidation. 4. Using Scotch-brite„ General Purpose Scouring Pad 3m Corporation as my applicator and the Meguiar OXIDATION Remover, I would gently scrub the side of the trailer and with a fresh cotton cloth remove. 5. Used the HIGH GLOSS polish as directed. 6. Used the Pure Wax as directed. The trailer now looks clean and shines. I'd say new, but the decals took a beating and there are a few rough spots you couldn't see when all the oxidation was present (read small areas of damage, hair line cracking that will need to be addressed). Overall, the product did a very good job of restoring the look of the trailer. Now in the future I just need to keep it waxed, and I plan to use the Meguiar's Pure Wax product going forward, probably an annual application. Plan to keep it covered when not in use. btw: 1 bottle of each of the three products completed my trailer. I'm pretty sure 1 bottle of the Oxidation Remover would NOT have been enough if I had NOT prewashed the trailer as described in steps 1, 2, and 3.
