I just ordered this one and am more pleased with it than the first one

I had my first Scanpan for 8 years. Finally the non-stick wore out (my fault for leaving it on a very hot burner too long). I just ordered this one and am more pleased with it than the first one. I use less oil and clean-up is amazingly easy, especially if you do so before it completely cools. I recommend this Scanpan to everyone!

Good cooking!

I just used my new Scanpan 12" saute pan for the first time. I love it! Very even heating, perfectly non-stick surface, works beautifully at high temperatures. I've been disappointed in Calphalon's non-stick surface, which doesn't hold up well at all. I have a small Scanpan griddle and it has done well for a year now, so I'm hoping this saute pan holds up, too. The pan is quite heavy, especially when filled with whatever you're cooking, so I recommend getting one with the helper handle.

This is a fantastic pan

It is well worth the money. The pan heats more evenly than any pan I have ever used, such as all clad william sonoma and calphalon. It cleans so easily and is a nice weight that I can pick up with one hand. I highly recommend.

Wonderful pan. Heavy weighted

Wonderful pan. Heavy weighted, good ceiling top, the quality I expect from scan pan. Just make sure you don't use any nonstick sprays on this pan it does ruin the surface. Great Pan last one I had lasted 15 years!

This pan is amazing! Has the feel of cooking with cast iron, but easy clean up of non stick. Extremely durable so far.

Good pan for your cooking arsenal

I used Scanpan in gourmet cooking classes. When my son destroyed one of my pans making stir-fry, I thought it was a good time to add one to my pan stash. Heats well and evenly, and this is a good mid size, and I'm keeping it away from my son.
