Why didn't I get one of these before?

This cheese knife is GREAT. I like to slice up some Cabot or Cracker Barrel Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese blocks for an afternoon snack, and every knife I have either doesn't cut the cheese well, or the cheese sticks to it and is hard to get off without braking apart. With this knife, I have neither of those problems. It cuts with very little effort (especially the softer Cracker Barrel) and there is no sticking. I'm kicking myself for not buying this years ago!

Nice and sharp..

I purchased this knife because of an infomercial I saw on TV. I've had it for months and let me tell you it's been one of the best knife i've ever had. I decided to get this one in particular because of the storage box that comes with it and I'm glad I did because every time I use it I wash it and put it back in it's case. This knife it's well worth every penny actually it's worth more. like I said I've had it for months and it is still very nice and also very sharp. I haven't washed it in the dishwasher so I don't know how well it will hold. I loved it so much that I order 2 more to give to my 2 adult kids. I told them the rules apply to you 2 as well. so as soon as you use it wash it right away and put it in its case we need to take well care of what we love. Elsito..

Wonderful design and fantastic performance

Simply said, IT WORKS. It is amazing. I never thought the expense of a specific knife would be wort it. But, I was wrong. I cut allot of cheese as a caregiver. I got tired of knives gumming up, not cutting straight, breaking cheese cleaning the knives, you know the issues. I got this when the price was 1/2 the current price. WOW it takes 1/3 the pressure to cut. There is very little buildup so I can cut and cut and cut repeatedly without cleaning the knife. It works on fairly soft cheese and some fairly hard cheese like Extra Sharp Cheddar. I even use it for refrigerated butter. The knife does not wander but cuts straight. Simply put, ITS A MIRACLE. I wouldn't believe that s cheese knife would make such a difference. This even cuts thin. I can cut thin slices thinner than wrapped American Cheese. I like it so much, I found a deal on another website and bought 10 of them. If I had a complaint there would be 2 issues. One is silly. I just don't see the point in the pointed edge to stick and poke to grab items. The knife can easily slide under items to pick them up and they don't break from the extra support of the width of the knife. The other issue is at this EXTREMELY low cost, I don't think they are using HIGH Carbon Stainless Steel and I am quite sure it is not going to last a life time or be a family heirloom because it will loose its edge. And, since it has a serrated edge of sorts, it is basically disposable since sharpening is somewhat impractical. But, you get what you pay for, Wusthof, J.A Henckels, etc, are 4 to 10 times more.

I would buy another one

I love this cheese knife!! I have one from Cutco that I absolutely loved. However, it was $50! At 1/5 the price this pro dine cheese fruit and veggie knife works just as well. You could put this in The dishwasher if you really wanted to. I don’t recommend that for any knives because you will ruin the blade. I don’t know how it will hold up over time, but it certainly works great now. I would buy another one if I needed to, but I guess two cheese knives are enough!

Perfect Small Knife

I own a Wusthof Chefs knife, bread knife, and cleaver. I wanted a smaller knife for cheese and fruit. This handle looked just like my Wusthof knives. The quality is comparable. Does a great job slicing cheese and tomatoes or as a pairing knife for fruit. Great quality for the price.

Best knife ever

This is my absolute favorite knife. I originally found this on clearance in a home store. When I accidentally saw it on Amazon I was sure it was the same knife. I bought two more . This knife cuts almost everything. While it’s supposed to be a cheese and vegetable it even slices raw meat. I wash the two knives several times a day. It is a sharp knife so be careful I store mine on a wall magnet.

Cuts Effortlessly

I can't believe how cheap this knife is for the amount of quality and potential it has. I love slicing tomatoes with this knife, it never sticks to the knife and it cuts so clean. It feels so smooth and effortless when you feel the blade going down, it's a great feeling. This knife works great on pretty much anything I have a hard time cutting like cheese, veggies, and even ice cream cake. It can be dishwashed and the knife itself is well crafted and feels sturdy. One of my best buys for the kitchen.

BEST FOR SLICING SOFT CHEESE TOMATOES AND BERRIES

Keep out of reach of children because if it is perfect for fruit and cheese, it can seriously injure a finger. I even used it to cut a sirloin steak: perfect. You will discover multiple uses for it that I do not know. Lightweight, but strong.

Worked well on softer cheese

This knife performs, as stated, for cutting softer cheeses. I put off getting one of these thinking it would be another disappointment gathering dust in my kitchen. After trying it, I am very impressed how well it works! I wish I had had one years ago and this knife is cheaper than most. Highly recommended.

Excellent knife for tomatoes

I saw this knife being used on some cooking shows and it was highly recommended. I am extremely satisfied with this knife. It slices through tomatoes and cucumbers like a dream! You won't be disappointed with this knife. I love it!
