This is my "go to" pan for my favorite chocolate souffle roll "cake." My old pan was dented and scratched after years of use. I couldn't find one locally in Portland so ordered this from Amazon. I know it will last many more years.

Great pan, perfect size. Easy clean up.

Wonderful baking pan! It does seem so lightweight and thin, but really comes through, Wilton-style! Thanks!

I thought the quality was good,I trust Wilton's quality.

I was a little worried about ordering this pan after reading some of the reviews, but after not finding anything else to my liking, I decided to try it out. The size was almost perfect for the strawberry whipped cream and lemon curd Swiss roll that I was working really hard to perfect. The other pans I used didn't have the exact measurements I needed OR the tall, straight walls like I needed. Although the measurements weren't EXACTLY the same, it was close enough to make it turn out really moist and even. Out of all the Swiss rolls I made, the one I used with this pan turned out the most fluffy and was the one I was the happiest with (taste wise). I haven't had any problems with it warping in the oven or in the dishwasher either. All in all, I'm very glad I took a bit of a gamble with this pan because it worked out for the best. Would order again.

I just learned how to make Pumpkin rolls, and this pan makes them a breeze! Everyone I know told me to just go ahead and use a cookie sheet for the rolls, but I was dead set on using a real jelly roll pan. This is a great size, it heats up evenly, cleans up like a dream and well, my friends and family are in love with pumpkin rolls so I look like the Master Baker! Great product!

Great little pan for the price! Used for 'Yule Log' cake.

I read a lot of the reviews but bought two of these jelly roll pans anyway and am glad I did. I baked over 93 dozen cookies for Christmas this last week and these pans were the best I've ever used. I have been baking for over 50 years. These pans are plenty heavy enough for cookies or jelly rolls. I was so pleased with them I bought two more. I think the price of $11.99 per pan is a fair price and I got free shipping too. I will toss all my old cookie pans now that I have enough of these. It has been over two years since I wrote this review and still stand by my assessment of these pans. They are Wilton heavy aluminum pans that stand up to time and heavy use. I always wash these pans by hand, never in the dishwasher. Present day dishwasher detergent will ruin aluminum. I am now buying my fifth pan. They now cost a bit more, but well worth the price.
