I baked my very first homemade pizza using this pan and it turned out great! The perforated bottom ensures that the crust will not be soggy but thoroughly baked. Although it’s non-stick I did spray it before I formed the crust in the pan and clean up was very easy. I ordered the pizza cutter for non-stick pans which is great and will obviously not damage the surface of the pan. I highly recommend it.

These are badass! I got tired of paying $17+ for a decent pizza and found an awesome recipe for NY style pizza and sauce online. The recipe (made from scratch dough) calls for the pizza to be placed on the bottom rack @ 500 degrees (yes 500 degrees) for about 8 min and then to take the pizza off the pan and place directly on the oven rack for the final two minutes to crisp up the bottom of the crust. Hassle to say the least with regular pizza pans. These bad boys allow me to just cook the pizza on the pan and with the large holes it automatically lets the bottom crisp up without having to move! Oh yeah. Word to the wise; I saw a review where the person tried to slice the pizza directly on the pan and slammed the product. He should have slammed his head in a doorway cause these awesome pans have a non-stick surface and are NOT meant for you to slice pizza or anything else on it. Why? Because it's a NON STICK SURFACE! And it will scratch the pan! When your pizza is finished slide it off the pan and onto a cutting board or pizza stone and THEN cut it. Not difficult; it's non stick. One other knowledge nugget--let the pan cool BEFORE rinsing in the sink! These are extremely thick pans but they will warp if you do that due to the quick extreme temperature change. OK, time to make another pie and have a beer! PS If you want the recipe for the crust and pizza sauce, just message me. It really is good.

I decided to try my hand at home-made pizza. The purist would learn to hand-toss a perfect circle, then bake on a stone. I just wanted a home-made pizza now and then, and this pan is the right tool for the job. Roll out the dough to about the right size, then push and pull it into a circle in this pan. Pre-bake for about nine minutes at 400, then set the oven to 450 while you add toppings. Bake for another eight minutes or so and you're done! The best part? Rinse it off, wipe it down, and you're done. Nothing sticks to this. (Don't try cutting the pizza on it, though; a pizza cutter will ruin the non-stick finish. Get a wooden or bamboo serving board.)

After years of cooking pizza right in the oven, I decided to try out this pan. I simply roll out the dough and put it on the pan, put toppings and stuff on top, and cook it at 500F for about 8 minutes and it results in a pretty crispy crust that is not soggy. Cooking the crust for a minute or two before putting on the toppings results in an even crispier crust that most people seem to prefer over the first method.

We use these for almost everything we heat in the oven, from pizza to chicken nuggets to fries and all sorts of other stuff. I say 'these' because we've been through 3 pans in about 9 years but I admit, we abuse them. They stand up to it well. They are also hard to clean if you don't keep them spotless per the instructions, which are fairly picky about drying. But as I said, we used them daily, treated them poorly, and still feel like we totally got our money's worth. Just a note: the review form asks if its lightweight - it isn't and that's a good thing. It has a little heft which is nice.

I have only used these 2 pizza pans once so far, but they worked great! I put parchment paper down and baked the pizzas on top for the first try. They seem like good quality and well made. There are instructions on how to properly care for them such as never place them under the broiler, do not place them in temps above 450F, and hand wash and dry them immediately. Although they also say they are dishwasher safe too. This has been a great purchase so far!

I've always been a fan of the pizza stone but this thing takes the cake on crisp crust. We usually make our own pizzas from scratch, and preheating the oven with the stone in it meant that we had to take a huge gamble sliding the pizza onto it - this has taken the work out of that. I don't even need to preheat this sucker with the oven, though you could and just as easily slide it back out unlike a heavy pizza stone. At my parents one summer night, though, I thought I would take one of the two (ew) frozen pizzas that were for dinner. I put one on the pizza stone and one on one of these sheets (before I bought my own) and tried it out in their convection oven (to give each rack a fair chance) - this won, by far, at making the crust extra crispy, how I like it! I even made curly fries on it tonight, hoping it would crisp them up pretty well, and it did wonderful. I have not cut my pizza while it's on the sheet, though, and wouldn't recommend anyone to do so either since it's non-stick. I simply just slide it off (it slides so easily!) onto a cutting board, cut it up and viola!

I've been using this pan for several months now. My crusts consistently come out nice and crispy. Very easy cleanup due to the finish. It hasn't scratched yet, and is a nice, solid weight with a flat bottom. I can see I'll be baking pizza in this pan for many years yet! You just can't go wrong with Cuisinart. Also, in response to complaints I have read about pizza dough sagging through the holes in this pan, simply make sure your dough isn't too wet. I roll my dough out in plenty of flour before placing it in the pan for its final rise, and my dough doesn't sag through and my crusts turn out great.

This pizza pan works great! It cooks the pizza to perfection! The only thing I would wish the company would do is send a silicone mat with it so that after the pizza is cooked, you have a place to put the pan. This is because when you want to cut the pizza you need to either transfer the pizza to another plate/pan or put something underneath this pan because if you cut the pizza on this pan all of the crumbs will go through the holes and make a mess.

First and foremost, I do not get paid to write reviews. I also did not receive this product for free in exchange for a good review. So far so good using the pizza pan. I’ve cooked a few pizzas on there since purchasing and the crust comes out just perfect. The nonstick surface is great for cleaning as any cheese or sauce that gets on it comes right off. I would definitely purchase again.
