Great Taste!

I found this looking for something to replace the high fat content of Italian Sausage. This stuff was great! Love the flavor and spice level (a little spicy for those who can't handle the heat). Ordering it again this week!

Delicious! No tough gristle bits, soft throughout, a little sweet, very enjoyable

Absolutely delicious! I slice the casing a bit, pop them in the oven on some foil, and eat them as pork sliders on King Hawaiian bread rolls King's Hawaiian, Sweet Mini Sub Rolls, 6 ct, 12 oz (Frozen) with mustard and burnt peppers. No tough gristle bits, soft throughout, a little sweet, very enjoyable.

This is my favorite sausage to add to gumbo and red beans and rice or just to eat for breakfast!

OMG!

Surprisingly great tasting sausages. The taste was super delicious and delicate with the well balance of salt, sugar, spices and seasonings. The first time I had them, I also made other store bought sausages and these sausages stood out a winner with a slightly sweeter, delicate and well rounded tasting. So far, I bought it twice already.
