I bought one of these about 10 years ago and it lasted up till now
My original pad was over 10 years old and it started to fall apart after 10 years of reliable use. These are fantastic and do a great job on your glass. I have tried scrapers and other anti algae devices but this one is my favorite by far and cost effective!

Great no frills glass cleaner
Great product if you're willing to get your hand/arm into the aquarium! Most similars give you this on some kind of stick which can be awkward for scrubbing tough spots, but this is simple, straight forward and works great!

Great Scrubbers
I was a little reluctant to buy this but I'm happy I did! It works really well, my one tank has been having problems with algae and no matter how many times I cleaned or whatever I tried, it did not help. My water would still have a greenish tint and the algae would still be there. I used this pad and it worked amazing...it was really easy to get the algae off the sides, especially in the places really thick with algae. It didn't take an insane amount of scrubbing either, the algae came right off. Super happy I purchased this!

Always fantastic!
I used these a lot in my uncle's pet store, many years ago. So when I set up my own fish tank, recently, there was no question. I purchased 4 of them so I would have them on hand. They do a fantastic job, as usual.

My 50 gallon tank I have a Pleco that happily deals with all the Algae
Having two tanks you sometimes deal with an algae problem and Algae can be kind of a pain to get off depending on your tank. My 50 gallon tank I have a Pleco that happily deals with all the Algae, but my 20 gallon Nursery tank is without, and has a lot of algae build up, so I bought this to help combat it.

Clean glass
Great at cleaning up algae off glass. You have to get your hands dirty, but I think that works better at removing algae than the ones with handles.

Perfect For Betta Glass!
I've been using this for a couple of years on my betta tank's glass. My betta prefers a glass jar to a tank (I have tried both), and this makes sure that during his weekly cleanings, the glass is very clear of algae! It works really great, and I would definitely recommend it for glass!

Smaller algae pad, cleans the corners and edges of small fish bowl. Would recommend.
I needed a smaller algae pad, without a handle, for cleaning a small fish bowl where a few mountain guppies live. I know the directions say it's for glass only - but okay, I'll admit it - the bowl I use it to clean is plastic and so far no issues. What's especially nice is the small size allows it to easily clean the interior edges where algae likes to be stubborn and hard to remove. This little pad was just what was needed for cleaning up our 2 gallon bowl.

Works great!
Bought this to clean my mini patio pond (holds 35 gallons). Since it's outside, it gets plenty of direct sunlight every day and algae is definitely a problem. I bought this and use it to scrub the algae off, works excellent... feels kind of like the scrubbers that you can buy at the dollar store for pots and pans though; so now that I know this, next time I think I'll just get a pack of those scrubbing pads instead because this was almost $3 for just one. It's like the difference between buying the doggie poop bags and bags for dirty diapers - the ones for the baby always cost more even though the bags look alike and does the same thing and is used the same way... but cost more because one is market for babies. These pads are marketed for cleaning fish tanks, but now that I actually have one and knows what it looks and feels like, I'll buy a pack of scouring pads from the dollar store for economical reasons.
