I really love them. More affordable than what's in the store

I've been using these toothbrush heads for over a year. I really love them. More affordable than what's in the store. Each of them are sealed individually which is nice. My teeth have never felt cleaner and smoother compared to using a regular toothbrush. I use it until I see the bristles fade, which is the recommended time to dispose of it.

It is big.

I would recommend the smaller traditional head. But it works fine. Perhaps it is suited for people with a larger frame. If you wear an XL helmet you would like the size as your jaw and mouth would more easily fit this. I find it a bit large (I wear a size Large helmet). Just trying to frame the sizing. Like I say it is a large brush head.

Love Love Love It

I have been so pleased with my Oral B electric toothbrush that is replacing my Sonic. My dental hygienist said I needed to brush in circles as well as up and down even using my Sonic. I remembered the commercials and read up on it and then purchased it. I loved the action and brush head and my teeth felt to clean they actually squeaked. Then I saw an ad for this brush head and I love love love it. I feel like my teeth are getting so clean. I do still have to floss according to Oral B and my hygienist but I don't mind and I don't have to talk myself into brushing my teeth. This is like an industrial strength toothbrush.

I cannot recommend this product any higher. It's a life changer. I used the single headed brush Oral B and I have used other electric toothbrushes. They worked okay. This toothbrush leaves my teeth like I just left the dentist every day. My dentists visits are shorter than ever and there is practically nothing for them to remove. My gums are in better shape, it really is the best toothbrush. My fiance also started using it instead of her old electric brush and she hasn't switched back. She admits this is superior. I think this is the best toothbrush out there based on my experience using electrics over the last 20 years or so.

Made my great tooth brush even Better!

I thought I could not be any happier when I switched from a traditional tooth brush to using an Oral-B Smart Series electric tooth brush. Like others have said it truly left my mouth feeling cleaner than it ever has after a brushing. BUT THEN I decided to try these dual head brushes and WOW this has to be the all-time best clean feeling. I too was a little nervous getting these brushes when they look fairly large. But you immediately get use to it after the first couple brushes and in all reality its no bigger than your normal tooth brush. I feel like I am still able to reach all the crevasses of my teeth and I feel like it does a better job brushing my gums. My teeth love this brush and my dentist does too! I have been using these heads now for over 2 years and would recommend this tooth brush head to anyone.

They are so good at cleaning my teeth

These are the ones that have TWO brushes: one goes round and round, and the other one goes up and down. What more can be said about toothbrush "refills" for the power brush?? Oh, and I have used ONE tooth brush for more than a year in the past. However, I change these brushes every month. They are so good at cleaning my teeth, and good feeling, too!

No more bleeding gums!

I originally bought the Oral-B Deep Sweep 1000 Electric Rechargeable Power Toothbrush and have since tried a number of brush heads, including the Dual Clean. This is one of the average-sized brush heads for the Oral B toothbrush, but can still feel quite large due to the moving parts at the base of the brush - children and those with a smaller mouth cavity may find it uncomfortably large in the beginning, but this is something you can easily get used to. The bottom part of the brush head moves side to side, the top rotates. In terms of cleaning power, I have not seen a noticeable difference between this and the Deep Sweep - (where both parts move side to side). Personally I prefer the Deep Sweep, which has a larger head, and a motion that most closely resembles a classic toothbrush. However, that's just personal preference, and they are both great for the job. Mechanically this is solid and reliable, I always replace brush heads for hygiene rather than wear and tear issues. The best part of using an Oral-B is not just the "clean" feeling, which is better than any manual toothbrush, it's the control over the pressure applied to your gums - I used to get small bleeds regularly after brushing teeth, and that has never happened to me with the Oral-B, in over 1 year of use. Wish they were a bit cheaper, but in the end this is by far the best toothbrush I have ever tried.

Oral-B DualAction Premium Power Toothbrush

Bought these replacement heads along with the Oral-B Smartseries 5000 Professional Care and must say that even though it is the only replacement brush head I have been using it will probably be the only one along with the floss action replacement head. Since the head consists of two sets of brushes, both a rotating cup and a squared layer, this in itself is the only setback with the head since it can be seen as a little large compared to the other Oral-B heads which have only a round cup. But this should not be a reason to take away from the cleaning power of the brush and the freshness and clean feeling of your gums and teeth after brushing. A few persons posted reviews of having received fake brush heads and to eliminate this I would suggest if you're looking to buy these heads make sure the supplier is Amazon where I have bought mine from without this setback and it is much better to buy the value pack (3 ct.) than the single heads. I would also recommend that these heads be used in conjunction with the Braun EB25-3 Oral-B Triumph FlossAction brush heads and a good whitening toothpaste.

Hard to find and effective to use

This configuration replacement head is hard to find in local stores, so finding it online was a surprise. My opinion is these types of brush heads clean more thoroughly and quicker than a brush head with only the round part. In fact, visits to the dentist over several years support my opinion. No problems for a very long time which I attribute to machine brushing and these style brush heads. The heads fit on my Oral B/Braun just right and the price is good, too. I recommend these highly.

Dentist Approved!

I bought an electric toothbrush at my dentist's recommendation. I've had issues with tartar build-up and repeated gingivitis, but my dental check ups have gotten soooo much better since I started using these. They're easy to replace and also have color-changing bristles. Once they start to fade, you know you need to replace them. Even if you don't have a replacement, they keep lasting long after the bristles have started to fade. Definitely recommend!
