Great flavor from a trusted brand

Sadly grated peel is not available at my local grocery any more, but I was happy to find McCormick available online. This peel has just the right texture and flavor for making a spice rub, but I’m sure I will use some in baking as well.

I use the lemon peel in many dishes and have been very pleased. It works for me as good as grating a lemon and it certainly is faster. I first bought it at my local grocery and now can't find it there so I am glad I found it online.

So fresh and convenient when I don’t have time to zest a lemon. Favorite uses are adding to tuna salad, brightening up any fruit dish, and as a flavor enhancer to any fish (broiled, grilled).
