Amazing ! I have suffered with tennis & golfers elbow for 5 years ,& after more therapy than I can remember I decided to give this a try ,& I am so thankful I did . After only a little over a month & my arms are feeling at least 70% better . I'm still using it every other day & I have a ways to go but I can not say enough good things about this product ! Thank you Theraband 👍 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are now 2020 & I thought that I would write an update 🙂 After using the Thera band flex bar for about 6 1/2 weeks my golfers elbow & tennis was cured !!! I have recommended this product to so many of my family ,friends & even just fellow acquaintances that have suffered from these painful injuries. I do get a little flare up from time to time , but all I have to do is use it for about 1-2 days & I’m pain free ! I’m just a regular guy who got tired of getting the run around from my doctors who only wanted to give me pills ,months of therapy that didn’t work & emptied my bank account. I found this by doing research on what others were using & I thank God that he led me to this . I cannot say enough about this product . If you or a loved one or just someone you know suffers from tendinitis or golfers elbow, do yourself & them a favor & get this product , you will so happy you did 🙂👍 good luck & good health 🙂

Fixed what my doctor could not
As your typical US male, I do things as if I were still 20 even though I am vastly beyond that. After a weekend of splitting wood, I had injured each arm and had painful and persistent "tennis elbow". I could not lift a glass without pain. Six months of going to an orthopedic doctor and wearing all the gizmos to force the tendon to be immobile did nothing. Then I stumbled on a video by a physical therapist that showed how to use a flex bar to treat the issue. I bought one and three weeks later I was pain free. The trick lies in the negative tension and the extension action that elongates the tendon. I won't go into details, but suggest you do a simple Internet search for FlexBar and tennis elbow. I now have bought three of these as I keep giving them away when folks come to be with pain or I spot a coworker wearing one of those tendon compression bands.

I have carpel tunnel that had progressed to a point ...
I have carpel tunnel that had progressed to a point that it was affecting my elbow and shoulder. A nerve study indicated that I was a surgical candidate. As I was on two crutches for a knee injury, it wasn't really a feasible option at the moment. I saw these at the physical therapists and asked how they worked. I started with the yellow, worked my way up through the red and am currently using green resistance bar. It made a world of difference! I still can't do crochet, bit my elbow and shoulder are no longer involved and I can do many things that I had despaired of ever doing again

Great upgrade from the light version. These helped cure my carpal tunnel.
I've been suffering from carpal tunnel for the last 8 years or so, and it was so bad at one point that I had lost feeling in right wrist. I've had to wear braces all week while working at the computer, and at bed at night. I thought that this condition was going to be the new normal for the rest of my life. I first purchased this product in the red light version after seeing a recommendation on Amazon. After exercising at work with the TheraBand Flexbar, first witht the light and then upgrading to the medium version. my shoulders are no longer sore, my elbows no longer ache, and my carpal tunnel is pretty much gone. This tool might as well be a miracle cure for me. I no longer wear wrist braces at all. My grip strength has skyrocketed. My back has straightened and my chest muscles have grown so much from exercising with this that my stomach no longer sticks out. Amazing. These, both the light and medium version, have been the best purchases I've ever made for myself on Amazon and in 2019.

Absolutely works perfect and fast
Absolutely love the flex bar. I got the green one. I’m a lap swimmer ever day and my tennis elbow was really really bad. I was suffering and nothing helped, not even a cortisone shot. A friend of mine suggested me the flex bar and I gave it a try. The exercises hurts bad at the beginning but right after I field so much pain release and agter just 4 days I was back to my laps with slow swimming and after 2 weeks I was totally recovered. If I could I would give 10 stars !! I did the exercises from Jamie Dryer - YouTube

I don't know if it is "tennis elbow" but this works
I'm not sure "tennis elbow" is the right term for my problem- apparently there are all sorts of elbow injuries and the descriptions for tennis elbow didn't match my pain, which was more behind and on each side of my elbow. Regardless, the "twist and release" exercise recommended for tennis elbow is working for me. I bought the yellow, red and green bars a week ago - the yellow is too light for me (but I'm sure my wife will use it) and the green is a little too stiff at this point, but the red is definitely helping. I'm not pain free yet, but it's reduced and feels different, like "this is a pain that will heal" rather than "this is not getting better". I do think that there should be a bar between the red and the green. I'd like a bit more than the red right now but the green is too much for the tennis elbow twist (though it's good for other exercises). It has surprised me how much the difference is. Update 90 days later: I've been using the green bar every day. I'm much stronger now - I can twist that thing more than I ever thought possible. My elbow still aches sometimes, but it doesn't *hurt*. I'm now able to do pull-ups again, which I am very happy about. This works.

If you have bad tennis elbow (or golfer's elbow) I would highly recommend ...
I've been using this product for about 4 weeks and I was skeptical at the outset about its claimed effectiveness. However, at this point I can say that it has definitely helped reduce pain from tennis elbow in both arms! I'm a believer now. There are plenty of tutorial videos on YouTube that demonstrate effective exercises for Flexbar, the printed instructions that come with it aren't very thorough and I think the videos are much more effective in helping you maximize results. If you have bad tennis elbow (or golfer's elbow) I would highly recommend giving this a shot. It's worked very well for me. BUT don't get discouraged if the benefits aren't immediately evident. Stick with it. Time with the exercises is the way to see results.

It's working for me
First ever review, felt compelled. Started with yellow three weeks ago. I perform the tyler twist 3 or 4 sets of 15 a day. The key for me is to let it release slowly, say four missisippis. I also maasage the pain spots deeply with my fingers. So is it working? I can say yes, i feel 80% better. I am now up to the blue stick. My advice is to go slow on release, work through the pain, keep massaging throughout the day. Good luck, hope it works as well for you, because frankly, tennis elbow sucks.

A miracle cure for tennis elbow!
Last year my then-husband had severe tennis elbow due to repetitive motion while lifting heavy that render him unable to work. At the advice of his doctor, I bought the red, green, and blue TherBand Flexbars for him. Within a few days of using the Flexbars, starting with the lower resistance red bar and working his way up to the higher resistance blue Flexbar, his tennis elbow pain rapidly lessened and was completely gone within a week or so. He continues to use the bands to prevent a flare up. Recently a friend complained of pain in his elbow that sounded similar to what my husband had from handling his heavy equipment and running his carpet cleaning business. So I recommended he pick up the Flexbars for himself. My friend purchased a set and again, within a few days, he called and said it was a miracle that the pain was gone. Since I got divorced and my ex got the Flexbars in the divorce, I recently purchased a set for myself. I use the Flexbars to relieve elbow pain from being on the computer a lot and carpal tunnel issues. It doesn't helps so much for the carpal tunnel (they don't advertise as such anyway to my knowledge) but I do think it helps a little.

So simple and effective, it's almost hard to believe
I had horrible tennis elbow for a while. I tried a lot of different things - rest, massages, electric pulse therapy, and corticosteroid shots. The corticosteroid shots worked for about a month at a time, but the tennis elbow would come back soon after. I went on the internet and fortuitously found out about this product. I was a bit skeptical, since nothing else had really worked for me. I tried it, and after about two weeks of daily use (and when I mean daily use, I mean like less than 20 minutes a day, total) this really started to work. I couldn't believe how effective it was. After a month, my tennis elbow was completely gone. I can't recommend this product enough. If you have chronic tennis elbow, get this product immediately.
