Great Griddle, Easy to clean!
I love this griddle! I wasn't sure about the purchase after reading the reviews and some of the horrible pictures people posted about theirs being ruined. But I have used mine over 10 x's with no problems. I have cooked bacon, sausage, eggs, French toast pancakes ext. with no sticking issues and burning problems. I love how big it is as I can fit a lot of food on there at the same time. The tilt to drain is nice too! I just used a paper towel to wipes the surface once I'm done cooking and it wipes easy and cleans off fast. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to replace an old griddle (Me) or is buying one for the first time. I love mine!!!

Tilt 'n Drain Big Griddle
We used this item to cook bacon a few days ago. I got a complete pack of bacon on to cook at once and it performed nicely. I did not find any cool spots after I let it heat up for about ten minutes. The tilt feature worked nicely, also. The catch pan is also large enough that I cooked both packs of bacon without having to dump it. I would recommend this item to my friends.

this annoyance is the reason it is so great to cook with
Over the past year, this griddle has been a pleasure to use for pancakes and quesadilla cooking. Although it is bulky to clean because if its size, this annoyance is the reason it is so great to cook with. The non-stick surface is holding up after weekly use and cleaning with a plastic bristle scrubber. The griddle has a slightly uneven spread for heat on the surface but show me a griddle that is better. I have not cooked anything that uses the widening stance of the feet but it seems like a great feature for those who do. I am glad that I purchased it still.

Use it all the time
Great griddle. I have used it numerous times to cook a wide variety of foods. Yes, you do need to know where the heating elements are, and keep your eye on those areas to make sure that you don’t burn anything, but, this is the way electric griddles are made. There is enough space to cook a full breakfast for five people. Cleaning is very easy. Definitely like the tilting feature to drain the grease when I’m cooking hamburgers on it.

this is perfect for me
I had a presto griddle for years and I mean years. It finally needed replacing. I had tried their ceramic one but it didn't heat really good at all. So this one was alot like the last one i had in size and everything. Its perfect. I love the handles that come out to tip it just enough to drain grease and that works like a charm. The old one didnt have that and so I use to set this small board under it.. now i don't have to do that. The heat was perfect and worked like a charm. I couldn't be happier with my new griddle. I think it will most likely last as long as the old one. I think presto griddles are the best.

Makes Breakfast for 5 fast and easy!
I really like this Griddle because it is gigantic! I can cook an entire pound of bacon at the same time. No more multiple bacon batches before I move on to pancakes. With a proper preheating, pancakes come out nicely too. The Tilt and Drain functionality is pretty cool as well. I can see where others have said it slips into the drain configuration during use. I have seen this only a little on mine. Just takes a second to reset it though. The slight negatives of this one: it does take a little longer to cook items, especially when you have it fully loaded. There are hotter spots on it, so you have to rotate food around. I've not seen a plug in griddle that doesn't have this issue though. Finally, there is a lip under the cooking surface where it drains into the grease trough. Little bits of food get stuck in there and it is a little tricky to clean. I suppose a dishwashing brush would help...I just don't have one!

THIS THING IS AWESOME
Don't like washing/scraping/seasoning your nice skillets all the time? Do you ever feel like your 80 dollar cast iron set is getting used unecessarily to cook eggs and pancakes instead of sauces and steaks? Do you ever look at your 6-10 inch skillet, look at your mostly full sink and think to youself "uuggghhhh"? THEN LOOK NO FARTHER Just whip this bad boy out, flop it on the counter and get to cooking. It heats up fast, with a bit of butter it doesn't stick, and it cleans up easy. And there is plenty of space. When I cook breakfast for myself, my wife, and my 3 kids, I cook sausage/bacon on the left, 5-6 eggs on the right, and then when it is done I use the spatula to pull the grease into the tray and wipe up the left over streaks with a papertowl. Thats it. Wanna do some ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch? Easy. Wan to cook 6 of those sandwiches at the same time? Easy. No washing, only the occasional rinse and wipe down of the tray, and it puts away easy. If you ever need to cook a lot of food in a short period of time, this is your solution.

The best thing in my kitchen other than food!
I love my Big Griddle. If I could have only one cooking appliance in my kitchen, this would be it. I cook just about everything on it from bacon and eggs to hamburgers to vegetables to fried rice (imagining myself as a Benihana chef, of course). There's plenty of room for anything I need to cook, the food turns out great, and nothing has ever gotten stuck. I had the smaller version of this for years and when I finally wore it out, upgraded to this one. The trench in front of the tray is a big improvement over the little drain hole my older model had. The only problems I've had with it are that the trench is difficult to clean (it would be nice if I could take the cooking surface off) and the griddle doesn't stay in the "up" position very well (I hooked some rubber bands on the feet to hold them together and this works fine). Neither is enough reason to give this anything less than 5 stars.

Great griddle for a large family.
We love these griddles for fixing food for our family of 6. Can fry up eggs for the whole family, a whole package of bacon, or 9-12 pancakes at a time. We're on our 3rd Big Griddle. Only complaint I would have is that it's so big, it's a little bit difficult to clean. However, if you clean it right after you're done using it, it pretty much wipes right off. The plastic handles can break if you drop them, and that's what has done in our last 2 Big Griddles. Beware, the grease cup only holds about enough grease for one package of bacon, so if you do more than that, you will need to empty the drain cup.

So amazed! Even sliced onions browned nicely all over skillet
Got this today & just now am trying it out! With a little pure coconut oil, I strategically placed sliced kielbasa all over to watch where the hot spots were. As you can see, evenly cooked everywhere at same time! So amazed! Even sliced onions browned nicely all over skillet. Enough room to fry my sweet potato patties with all this. PLUS browning my hot dog buns! I am SO HAPPY with this new griddle!!!!!
