I was hesitant to purchase this initially because of some of the other reviews, but I decided NOT to listen to the nay-sayers and I'm so happy. This tablecloth protector is exactly what I was hoping I'd get in terms of material, weight, thickness, etc. It has stitching on its edges to finish it and make it more durable, and durability is always a plus when you have 3 kids. It's easy to clean, protects your tablecloths from stains, and protects your table from the damage of everyday use--what more can you ask for? My family ate Thanksgiving dinner on this protector and had no issues with our hot dishes, but in the future I will probably refrain from putting anything else hot on it without a placemat or trivet underneath, just for the sake of making sure I can keep this for the foreseeable future. I haven't tried to get the creases out of it because I really don't care about them, and neither does my family. This protector is superb value for the money, and I'd buy this brand again if I ever need another.

I wanted a cover to protect my tablecloth, and this one met my expectation. It was folded, but I was able to straighten it with a hair dryer. It is soft and comes nicely on top of my current tablecloth!

I don’t understand why all the reviews about the folds in this vinyl table protector. How did you people expect a 70” round or bigger table protector to be sent to you? Without folds & wrinkles, really? Well being a logical person I expected folds & wrinkles to be apart of the protector and thought I would handle them when I had to. It arrived in a medium size package which meant a lot of folding & wrinkles. No worries, it’s only a vinyl table protector and if people judge me by the folds & wrinkles, So Be It! lol! So washed the table cloth I wanted to use and ironed it so it would look pristine under the vinyl protector. The vinyl protector came with tissue paper between the half way fold. I’m sure it saved it from sticking together. Next On the lowest setting on the iron I ironed out what I thought to be the bad folds & wrinkles of the table protector on the ironing board. Then I positioned the protector over the table & tablecloth and tried to center it. I then ironed the vinyl protector once again only this time right where it was going to sit. I read a few reviews where people did not like the hem or white thread around the bottom, this hem is one reason I wanted this protector as it makes it look finished. After all the ironing I did to the protector there are no ridges or bumps that stand up, no folds that will bother anyone or the wrinkles for that matter. Can you see where the folds were yes you can but they are pretty much flat. You get what you pay for and I’m very happy with this purchase. I would recommend this table protector to anyone wanting a nice protector at a decent price. I will buy this item again.

The difference in quality - between the Benson Mills product, and the (possibly cheaper) ripoffs is very apparent. The product has a nice pattern along the edges, which is as ornamental as it is functional. But this means that you'd better be sure what size you need - cutting it after the fact is not a viable option. This product is heavy duty, and it has held up well to the occasional spills and contact with hot utensils so far. The creases settle down within a week, and it gives my table a nice, high-end look.

Love it!!! I purchased it to cover my new outdoor tablecloth. I don't know how people keep their outdoor furniture free of dust - do they clean everyday? This plastic made my picnic table practical for daily use because I don't have to have to use a picnic table protector; I just need to do a quick wipe down. The measurement of the clear plastic tablecloth is exactly the same as my DII tablecloth - it would have been nicer if it is a little bigger to give room to overlap a little. I cut a hole in the middle so my umbrella pole can slide through the center. Here is my new tablecloth also purchased from Amazon. DII Spring & Summer Outdoor Tablecloth, Spill Proof and Waterproof with Zipper and Umbrella Hole, Host Backyard Parties, BBQs, & Family Gatherings - (60x84" - Seats 6 to 8) Warm Summer Stripe

I purchased this to use for my art class. My students sit at long 6' tables and I was constantly buying the plastic tablecloths that had to be tossed after one day of projects. Sure they were cheap, but it adds up! I found this one and decided to spend a little more and purchase this instead. It's been wonderful. I bought the larger one and it covers two tables end to end with a nice amount over the sides. Wipes off easily, and is thick enough that I don't worry about it tearing. The other art teachers in our co-op have all asked me where I found it and are ordering them for their classes as well!

Our dining room is a tad dark, so I love the bright pop of a white tablecloth. The problem is, the dining room is also our art studio, and my husband’s watercolors tend to splatter. This plastic cover enables me to have a white linen tablecloth on that table year-round and not worry about spills or splatters, either from food or drink or paint. It is a nice thickness and it wipes clean easily. I’ve had it on the table for over a month and it’s holding up nicely. It still shows a few fold-marks from how it was packaged. If I really cared, I could warm it up with the hairdryer and smooth it out. But I don’t really care.

This worked perfectly for me. I'm not using it as a tablecloth. I'm using it to cover a panel of screen on my screen door. Glass panels tend to break very easily and with just the screen, rain and wind gets through easily and ruins the wooden door. I bought a 60x84 and cut it into quarters and now I have 4 pieces to cover the screen panel. I wrapped it around, cut the excess off, and taped it to the metal frame. Working great so far. Seems thick enough to hold up to wind without tearing and it's clear enough to see through without opening the door. Excellent!

I use this on my outdoor patio table and that table is a nice, expensive piece of wood. I keep this on the table with a regular linen cloth on top for parties so that people's drinks don't seep through and damage my wood finish. I also leave it on during times we are not using our patio to keep dirt and heavy grime off the table. I think the quality is good, thicker than I had expected, and it covers well. Glad I both this useful table protector

Very heavy "plastic",covers my table well. I like that it is sealed on edges, looks more "formal". My grandchildren and I can do craft projects on it,and I just wipe it clean. Will melt with high heat"glue gun",so be careful. Use trivets or hot pads under very hot dishes. Really like a lot. Have recommended to friends.
