Perfect size for a quiche.

MY HUSBAND IS ALLOWED TO LIVE.

After my dearest one broke my a much-used white corning wear quiche pan, I took it in stride. After all we not talking expensive cookware, or that is what I thought when I went to replace it. Apparently, it is now not just old, but it is VINTAGE. Yes people wear asking over $70 for used "slightly damaged" pieces. That's about 100 times more than I paid for it. PLEASE PEOPLE GIVE ME A BREAK. This HC quiche pan is helping me, and my husband make a quick recovery from out grief. It so good, I think I'll just keep it in its wrapping and hope for 100 times back it cost (just kidding I already using it too much.

Really Needed an Actual Quiche Dish

...and this one fits the bill. I'd been using a tart pan but it never held all the filling and would leak around the bottom. I finally ordered an actual Quiche dish and for once, I can cook a full recipe without resorting to ramekins to use up the filling! The crusts evenly cook up nice and golden and crisp and the pan does just fine in the dishwasher.

Best looking quiches need this dish.
