I admit it, I am cheap. I like an inexpensive product that lasts a long time. My last three hole punch was over 15 years old and somehow had developed a bit of rust making it impossible to use. I considered getting more expensive hole punches, but I only need it to punch notes for school and other small stacks of paper or card stock type paper. This punches great. I stuck 10 sheets in expecting to be met with resistance, but the handle is easy to use. It punched through those sheets with no problem. It’s also really sturdy feeling for costing less than ten dollars. It should last me as long as the old one – provided I don’t start hole punching hundreds of sheets a day. I probably punch 20-30 a week when I am in classes – and pretty much none when I am not in classes. So bite the bullet, for the price if you have minimal hole punching needs you will be quite happy.

Purchased for my daughter to take to college, this hole punch had three things I wanted. First, it was under eight dollars so the price was right. Second, the capacity of up to 10 sheets per punch seemed optimal for most college papers, syllabus', and handouts. Third, it appeared to be built sturdy enough to last. Upon unboxing I found that all of my needs were met with this product, but I did see that the 'adjustable' feature wasn't as easy to adjust as I think it should be. It's not a feature that most users are likely to need to use, however since it is a feature of this product it's something to note. The punches were clean and as expected, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others with basic hole punch needs for its price, ease of use and quality.

This hole punch works amazingly. I punch holes in about 10 pages at once. It always makes the holes without skipping any pages and it is easy to empty the little paper circles out of. Sleek design and easy to store away. Good hole punch! If the review helped at all please let me know. Thanks

A 3 hole punch for me is something I need, don't use often, and am entirely frustrated about if I don't have one when I need it. So my 10 year old punch took a dive on me when I printed out a 21 day workout plan that was nearly 50 pages long and that I wanted to put in a binder. So how exactly does a hole punch fail? I thought it was an impossibility. In my case, one of the springs would contract but would not release (even after WD-40) so 2 holes were fine but the third hole stayed stuck down and would not release my papers... Soooo, knowing the necessity but factoring in the usage, I wanted a cheap but good option. This was it! Good price point, much smoother operation than my previous ol' faithful and actually punches through a substantially larger stack of paper. Great purchase and would def recommend!

Great hole punch. Smooth and easy to use, clean holes, not too heavy or bulky, doesn't feel like it will break each time you use it. Feels like I might hand this down to my kids. If the house catches fire, this hole punch and my all time favorite Swingline 2-60 stapler model #35550 will get thrown out a window to safety. Both are rare beasts in this day. They just work, effortlessly, without a worry or second thought, whatever I task them to do. Too bad all good things eventually get redesigned into cheap uselessness.

Now I punch holes in paper like a crime fighter. Just it cannot handle large stacks of paper, so I am limited super hero of hole-punching. Maybe at max, it held like 20 papers together. Like some Boy Wonder of limited punching abilities. If we were rich we could afford to be Batman. But we are poor circus folk that scrape peanuts for this $8 hole puncher. Damnit Batman.

I purchased this Hole Punch on a Lightning Deal, though it is now categorized under "Best Deals" for the same price (Just under Seven Dollars.) While we already had a hole puncher, it took a lot of effort, was cheaply manufactured, and had a very small paper capacity. Since I have started back at school, I've found the need for a quality hole punch and this one happened to go on sale right around the time I was in the market. Pros -Decent paper capacity (8-10 pages from experience) -Very easy to "Punch" -Quality Assembly Cons: -None so far! I would highly recommend this as a sub $20 paper hole punch, and a heck of a deal at the current $7 price! PS. Watching Pawn Stars the other night, i saw they have the same hole puncher on the counter behind the "Old Man's" desk, which makes this hole punch model famous, right?!!

I bought this hole punch primarily to create my own United Nations stamp album using 65 lb. Neenah Astroparche blue copy paper for its pages (blue is the symbolic color of the UN insignia, so I felt this color was apt). The paper was quite thick, but this beaut cut through up to 4 pages like a knife through warm butter. There are no instructions with this item, but using it is 'intuitive' and easy to figure out (also how to empty it to remove the cuttings). Another plus is that it's heavy-enough to stay put and even has a rubberized bottom so that it is difficult to have it slip around in any way. A really nice product and highly-recommended.

Ilove this hole punch. It's so easy to use, handles a lot of pages at one time, doesn't take up a huge amount of desk space and the bottom doesn't come off so easily that I end up with little paper punch holes all over the floor every time I move it. Cheaper than any I've seen of the same quality.

I bought this because this is the first year I am homeschooling and I needed to make binders for my kids so when I printed free worksheets off the internet I could keep them all together. I have tested it at 10 sheets and it works like it is supposed to without needing to apply a ton of pressure to make it work. You can adjust the puncher to make 2 or 3 holes. It is already sent up to size for your standard 3 hole binder. This has been a life saver for me. I realize the price is a bit more expensive than one you can buy at a store but I chose Swingline because I am familiar with the brand's reputation and It has so far lived up to its name. I am very happy with this product being frustration free.
