Great great quality!
I am pleasantly surprised by what good quality these bears are! I chose them because the brand is used at both our speech pathologist's office and my daughter's daycare. The reviews stating that it's hard to tell the red from the orange must be from an older version... the contrast between the orange and red is very, very clear as you can see from the picture. My daughter loves these and there are so many games we can play with them!

Great for little hands and little learners!
Great for little hands and little learners! (not for those under 2 who are in danger of choking!) We are blessed to homeschool our children and out of our bunch we have two little ones that are very hands on learners. With math they do best when they can count things. We have tried all sorts of things for counting and I like a variety. So far this new school year the girls like these counting bears the best. There are 6 different colors and I can split this set up into different colors per child so there is no arguing over who's bears are who's and no confusion when the girls have their bears close and are counting side by side working on work sheets. No sharp corners and just very adorable!

These Bears are Fun and Help My Twins Learn!
My four-year-old twins are starting school this fall and I wanted to get some toys that are multi-purpose, educational toys, as well as fun! After some searching, I came across this cute set of Baby Bear Counters. We already had some toys made by the same company and liked them so I didn't hesitate to purchase this set. This particular set of Baby Bear Counters comes with 102 bears (please note, on the product page one part says there are 120 and another says 102. There are 102 bears, just like the packaging says and I verified this by counting them all when we first received our set.). There are six different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple so there are 17 bears of each color. They are all the same size, measuring about an inch in height. In one of the pictures I've included, I'm using a quarter for size reference. This set comes in a nice plastic container with a lid and they are made in China. There are a number of activities you can use with these bears and there is a guide included. Some activities are: color sorting, addition, subtraction, patterns, counting, and visual memory, among many others. There are also suggestions for some games included in the bucket. So far, my kids have used these mostly for color sorting and imaginative play but I see us using these a lot, especially when they start school. They are also practicing their counting skills and these bears are perfect for that! Besides being extremely cute, these bears are durable and made of hard plastic. The recommended age is for ages three and older and I would definitely be aware of that if you are considering purchasing these. The bears are rather small and a small child who likes to put items in his or her mouth could easily choke on them. As some other reviewers mentioned, the red and orange bears sometimes look similar in color, depending on the light (I even have trouble occasionally), but if you use them in brighter light, you should be fine. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and I'm so glad I found these! They are cute, colorful, and come in a nice plastic tub for easy storage. There are so many activities we can use with these bears and, when my kids start school, these will come in handy for helping them learn. If you want a toy for your preschooler that is both fun and educational, I highly recommend these!

The children LOVE these little bears
I like that my niece's children stay interested in learning exercises in addition and subtraction by "playing" with these colorful little bears. I have seen them used by teachers in classrooms and got the idea to help the children who are not excited about learning to add and subtract. This has made a difference!

Great for homeschool
Cute bears to use with homeschool printables. I like that there are some extra colors (purple orange) not just the primaries. Convenient container also.

Very good
These are so cute! Very well made, the plastic finish around them are perfect... Unlike other bears I bought... The colors are bright, we had no problem with the colors that some people said... The orange and the red are just fine to my daughter... Depend on the light, maybe, just maybe the orange looks red... But, just maybe... I bought this to my daughter learn math... But she likes to play by sorting colors, and making pretend food... Again, very well made, specially wen you compare to the "Eureka", that one that come with the cups, I'm adding a photo of them together so you can see... If your kid likes to sort color, you should buy this one and buy colored cups somewhere! It's worth it!

So cute and useful!
These bears are adorable! I was worried that they would be too small for young kids, but they have turned out to be the perfect size for little fingers to pick up. My students love to play with them, and they have turned out to be great for counting, adding, patterning, as well as dividing and for using for pretend play and social skills. I love them and so do my kids :)

Pefect!
These are exactly what I needed for homeschool help with kids. The orange and red are easy to tell apart(I'm assuming they changed since that 2014 review???) Perfect size shape and colors. THANK YOU

Bears are everywhere!
Who would have thought a bowl full of bears could keep a child so entertained? My two year old has had these out nearly every day for a couple of months now. He likes to play with the bears, or just dump them over and over. He also likes to sort them by color into little cups. The bears are small at about an inch high, so take care not to step on them. I think these bears have also done wonders for his fine motor skills as he really has to work at handling the individual bears. I know some people have mentioned the lack of color separation between red and orange, and it is less pronounced than the photo would suggest, but you can still tell, and it provides an extra challenge for my little guy.

Must have for preschoolers!
We love using these bears for endless activities at our home preschool including counting, sorting, patterns, colors, and more. My three year old uses them primarily but even my 8 year old will grab them for math sometimes and my 2 year old niece adores playing with these as well. A must have!!
