This works really well on tree sap!

I have a small boat yard where I store my boat that is covered with a mooring cover. Unfortunately an Elm tree has grown over the yard. It is a nice tree and provides great shade but the sap dripping from this tree has turned a $2,500 mooring cover black. I've tried power washers and dawn soap to clean it but they barely touch the caked on sap and I eventually turned to pure bleach to get it clean again. I hate using bleach for obvious reasons. This spring I took a chance on this product based off another review from a woman who used it to clear tree sap from her green house. Once it arrived I mixed up a small spray bottle with a 1:4 ratio... walked out to the boat yard fully expecting nothing to work. I sprayed a small area and immediately saw the black sap running down the cover. I took a brush and applied a little more and with moderate effort (due the to thick layer of sap) was able to clean the sap right down to the original cover. I honestly was shocked and amazed that it cleaned the sap off so easily. It still took a good 6 hours to clean the entire cover (24.5 ft. boat) but it was much easier than with Dawn or bleach. 1:4 mix ratio... in the heaviest areas I sprayed and scrubbed a first time and it was so black you couldn't see what you'd done so I rinsed it off and had a smaller spray bottle to touch up the areas I missed after the first heavy scrub. The cover is almost spotless now. I highly recommend this. (BTW: The elm tree is no longer there. Sad to see it go, but I wasn't about to face 6 hours of scrubbing every spring!)

I use as a house hold cleaner and it works well.

I dilute this and use it around the house. It works really well on stove and counter tops. The Orange Oil also helps to discourage ants and other insects. That isn't often a problem, but it is a nice bonus. On cars this seems to work well, It isn't as strong as GooGone or some of the really good degreasers. It seems to work well as part of a car wash, but not as well as an engine degreaser. As I said as an all purpose cleaner in the house, it is amazing. For road grime amazing. What I think of as a degreaser not so much.

So far I've used it on my ceramic tiles and it did not leave any smears or films. The floor felt so clean. Very pleased.

At this price, what a steal!

This stuff is concentrated, be sure to dilute with water according to the directions! I didn't pay attention to that and cleaned my bike chain and sprocket with the undiluted stuff, I was astounded at how quickly the dirt was just dripping off, then I checked the bottle. I cleaned up my bike and everything is fine. Good stuff, just pay attention!

Great interior and exterior cleaner

I love this cleaner. I use it diluted 1:10 for car interior cleaning and 1:4 for exterior degreasing.

I used this product to remove tree sap and some black film from my greenhouse. I had tried several other soaps and solutions that did not touch the stuff. This soap worked like magic. Recommend highly.
