Astonishing!
If you have back problems this is the leg rest for you. I have been diagnosed with a bulging disc and bone spur in my lower spine which is touching a nerve. I have been struggling to get a good nights sleep. I have tingling , burning and some numbness in my legs. Have done all of my homework (chiropracter, physical therapy, massage therapy, stretching, strengthening, ice, heat, etc....and lots of Advil. I ordered several leg supports before finding this one (it closely resembles the one they use when you get an MRI). I have spent a fortune on "props"...some very expensive. Believe me this one works! I was hesitant because it is not terribly expensive. But honestly, the last three nights have been phenominal for me...no tingling, no cramps, no jumping out of bed to stretch and walk it off. I have slept through the night and wake up feeling better than I have in months. It is high and very firm which obviously puts my spine in just the right place to take the pressure off the nerve. This might not be the best thing if you are using it as a leg rest, but if you need something for your back, THIS IS IT!

Great for elevating your legs
Very happy with this bed wedge. I use it to elevate my legs while using a lymphedema pump and it's very comfortable and elevates my legs a lot which is what I wanted to improve the circulation while I am resting. I use it while in bed and while on the couch watching TV. Definitely is a big item and takes up some space but does exactly what it's supposed to. I don't feel it is hard at all, it feels comfortable. I also use it at night time to elevate my legs as I always sleep with my legs elevated. I used to use several pillows to elevate my legs and they always failed to keep my legs up. This product is great to elevate your legs and is comfortable. Shipping was prompt. It arrived in a nice large box safely protected. Very happy with the purchase.

I am a physical therapist and I use these all ...
I am a physical therapist and I use these all the time in my clinics. I sleep with it when my back is sore and it makes a world of difference. Also very helpful for folks with hip arthritis or circulation issues

Brilliant!!!
I got the 10x20x30.5 because I needed my feet to rest on the wedge and not dangle off. This is perfect! It did cost more than a previous purchase similar to this where my feet dangled, but the cover is quite different - its zippered and hemmed whereas the other products fabric was just cut and put on (no sewn hems). I am so grateful to have this and find relief for my back and also some much needed rest for my footsies. Highly recommend for really anyone! It feels good to have your legs elevated. I am telling others about this product.

This wedge is just like the photo…Works great!
This wedge is just like the photo…Works great! I went through several ads and reviews to find this wedge. Happy to report that it arrived as described. The wedge is firm. After using it a couple of times, my body adjusted to the firmness. You just need to give it a chance to adjust to your body. The measurement I was looking for that was not listed was from the back of my knee to my ankle. That measurement is 14 inches. My heel hangs over the wedge enough so that it doesn’t put pressure on my heels or will not cause a pressure sore. The other measurement not listed is across my legs, which is 19 inches, which allowed both of my legs to fit comfortably on the wedge. I am 5‘8“ tall and my body frame is a 2X. That should give you an idea if this will fit your body frame. Very pleased that the wedge is firm because that tells me that it will not break down anytime soon. I put another sheet over the top of the wedge so that it is softer on my legs. The actual pillowcase over the wedge is a little rough but will probably get softer once you wash it. This is a great purchase. Don’t look any further.

Relief after Back Surgery
I recently had back surgery (laminectomy for sciatic pain due to spinal stenosis). For weeks after surgery, lying in bed, in any position, was painful enough to wake me up several times during the night (#8 on the pain scale). I'd find it impossible to get back to sleep because of residual sciatic pain. Most nights, from 2am to 4 am I'd have to tire mysefl out by reading or watching TV in a straight back chair, or walking around the house (walking had a therapudic effect). I had tried a home made wedge of stacked pillows but for some reason that never worked. After using this bed wedge the very first night I was able to sleep for several hours straight. I do wake up after a few hours but the pain is very moderate ( #3 on the pain scale). Now, if I do wake up, I 'm comfortable staying in bed and watching TV until I fall back to sleep. The pillow lets me travel, in particular visit with family, without worrying about waking others up because of my late night and early morning eccentricities.

Perfect leverage for ankle surgery
This pillow is perfect. I purchased this pillow because I actually had ankle surgery today. I ordered over the weekend and the pillow arrived as I was arriving back from the hospital. Delivery was swift thanks to Amazon Prime and the product is excellent quality. It is extremely sturdy without being too hard. I am currently resting both legs up on the plateaued top just to ensure that my leg will be comfortable after the "leg blocker"/numbing anesthesia (the anesthesiologist's phrase, not mines) wears off. It is much better than taking a bunch of pillows to create this level of leverage. The pillow is so comfortable that I will continue usage after my healing is complete in a different capacity.

Exactly what needed and looking for!!!! /@@/
Exactly what i was looking for. I am 6'2"" and have been sleeping in my recliner using pillows and blankets to support my back due to upper, lower back pain and hip. Problem was i could not build anything easy to use to elavate my legs higher that would not deflate or I would spend a lot if time rebuilding when i moved. This did the trick. It is firm and does not deflate and maintains its elavation with an inclined support for the upper leg so as not to put all pressure on the lower leg. Fabric is thin so not to create or hold heat, if one is worried how long the fabric/civer would last i would suggest a towel or old piece of an old sheet to place over it, and to hand wash and air dry. Regarding chem smell, simply remove and air out foam after unbagging.

Amazing
Absolutely perfect for my husband after surgery. We tried putting it up with just pillows but it was really bothering his knee. This gives awesome support and the perfect amount of elevation.

Not only do these ergonomically-designed pillows support the back – but your entire body as well.
PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted and needed, AND Bonus! Came Early!!! Did you know that the use of a bed wedge during sleep to help relieve the symptoms of certain conditions, such as heartburn and varicose veins or to prevent pressure ulcer? Bed wedges provide an extra element of comfort, allowing sufferers of pain and other symptoms to get a solid night's rest to help with healing. The size and shape of your bed wedge will be determined by the symptoms you are aiming to treat. I use mine for all sorts of things Like reading in bed- Remove your pillows from the top of your bed, and place the bed wedge in their place. I sit as straight up as possible, lay the bed wedge with the widest end down, the flat side against the headboard and the narrowest part at the top. Lay against it and it is soooo much more comfortable than a stack of pillows! I also use the bed wedge under my knees to relieve lower back pain. This is also a good position to use for varicose veins, swollen feet or tired muscles in legs. Be sure the bed wedge is resting on the bottom sheet, and not on a blanket that can cause it to move in the night. Notice how it mimics the position of the elevated feet? (Not to mention the angled back pillow so that you can actually sleep in your own bed instead of on the floor!) More Benefits of Wedge Pillows: Some people use these elevation techniques to remedy snoring problems, alleviate varicose veins or prevent acid reflux. A wedge pillow can come in very handy for more purposes than you might initially think. Plus they are great for support during those "sexy" times when a pillow will slip and slide.
