Great Meal Substitute and Amazon's Subscribe & Save Is the Cheapest Option (Tips included in my review)

This is good as a meal substitute for my child whose seeing a feeding therapist. He's had difficulty transitioning to solids. He likes milk, water and these drinks. He won't drink juice and eats very little. This helps with his nutrition. I asked my nephews pulmonologist and she even recommended this to help with his weight until he grows out of the texture issue. UPDATE: Originally, we started my son on these drinks to get his weight up. Unfortunately my son developed an addiction. His meal intake went from barely eating to non-existent. He went to drinking water and Pediasure only and refusing to eat anything solid. I do not blame Pediasure. It's a double edge sword. Kids need it to get on track (versus losing weight and possibly going on a feeding tube) but you also don't want this to be your child's only source of nutrition. I started substituting 25% Pediasure Vanilla Shake with 75% Silk Vanilla Almond Milk. Very similar in taste with less sugar. My son is now back on track. He's eating very well and down to 1 - 2 per day of Pediasure. It took me a few months to fix his issue so I hope that my idea can help others and save someone a little time.

Great for toddlers breakfast shakes w/ added oatmeal

I add 3 tbsp of Happy Bellies Oatmeal to a bottle and shake it up for my toddler to have as a breakfast shake. He loves it and drinks it down everyday! I'm not wild about the sugar calories but I'll do anything to get the 240cal and a boost of fattening up into that wiry body! I will admit that this same 240 cal w/ fiber product is available @ Sam's Wholesale Club for $36 but w/ Amazon you do have the added convenience of saving time and gas from avoiding a physical trip out of the home.

This product is perfect for my 2 yr old’s current situation. He is a picky eater and is not fond of most fruit and vegetables at the moment. He is also on medication that has constipation as one of it’s side effects. This product is a great way for him to get the nutrients that he needs and the best part is it has FIBER! The fiber has been a big benefit for his constipation. We’ve had this product for over a week now and he has had regular stools every day that are soft and not hard and painful . I recommend this product for picky eaters and for those that need more fiber.

My son is 7yrs old. He has had issues gaining weight and with having regular bowel movements. I started giving them one of these a day. The weight gain is slow, may be better if I did two a day - but he has been "regular" ever since he started. The small amount of fiber in these really has helped him so much.

My picky eater gained weight!

My son gained 1 lb in the last yr. and 3 lbs in 3 weeks when I started him drinking 2 of these per day. The money isn't fun but the results are worth it. He even looks healthier.

Been using pedia sure since my son was two and he's five now. He loves it and it accomplishes its goal. Amazon offers a great price break on 24 if the chocolate shakes. Wish they would do something comparable on the other flavors so I don't buy them retail.

pediasure is a nice product for kids to gain weight and grow fast.i want to give my kids everything that could b better for their health.my daughter loves pediasure.pediasure with fiber help kids to digest with n issue,i think ts good for the kids who has constipation,it resolves the constipation issues for my daughter.i highly recommend it.

Great to help the kid grow

If your have one of the few underweight kids out there, this the product to help them catch up it seems. If the Dr says they are off the chart or in the lower percentiles, then this will help them get back on track.
