Great Stant quality at an affordable price. Had another no-name brand cap go bad. Put this on, and all problems with puking overflow tank were gone.

STANT the very best

STANT the very best I do not trust the lever-lock caps. I like these plain old stant caps, they work great. My truck was overheating and loosing pressure from the old cap. I put on the Stant cap & it was a fix!

Needed a new cap as mine was in poor shape, this fit and installed perfect and I no longer have to refill my radiator.

It's a radiator cap. Not much more to be said here. I seem to be having issues with escaping coolant. No leak, but when the motor is warm I can get a coolant aroma around the engine compartment. I figured the stock cap was 18 years old, let's get a new one. The old one may be opening under higher than the suggested pressure. That's what led me down this path. I can't say yet if this is the end all-be all.

Perfect Seal

This cap has a nice seal and strong spring to prevent leakage. It works fine on my 2001 Astro van 4.3L. Yes I would recommend this product.

Perfect fit for my 98 Jeep Cherokee

I bought this cap because I've been having problems with the cooling system in my 98 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L. This item was exactly the right specs and very much like the OEM that I took off. I had bought another cap from NAPA in my area and that one was a complete failure. This product was snug and was shipped quickly. I highly recommend the Stant brand for most replacement parts. I will be ordering other products from them. Great company.

Right on the money. High quality seals and spring, holds specified pressure when loaded with pressure checker. In my 30 yrs as a professional mechanic Stant has always had consistently good parts.

Quality Radiator Cap from Stant

When it comes to replacement automotive parts and I see Stant as an option, that is what I go with. I have never had an issue with Stant products whether it be my fuel caps, thermostats, radiator caps, etc. This replaced my very aged stock cap on my 2001 Impala. Great fit, No Issues.

oem for a 96 jeep cherokee. Ordered this before trying aftermarket garbage!

Tried two from a local auto parts store first and both were loose. So in the long run I should have ordered this from here and I would have been farther ahead and would have had it sooner.This fit my 1996 jeep cherokee perfectly. OEM is way better than duracrap anyhow!

This Stant 10231 Radiator cap 16 PSI with a Vented in case of over presser. is very well made It fit my stock radiator for a 1994 Chevy S10 4.3L I am using a stock fan with a 160 degree water temp.and I have no problem over heating it stays 160 even on the hottest of day in traffic or the coldest of days around outside air temp as low as -8 degrees.Im sure you will love this radiator cap I sure do.if it ever needs replaced I will try to buy the same name brand and PSI by Stant.Also in mind I am using a stock air cleaner with a paper filter with stove pipe.from the exsust heat.that will make warming up the best so the computer will know it is warm and go out of open loop mode.when open loop mode is working than the other sencers start working and better fuel mpg starts.
