The POL fitting is removable. Standard 1/4' thread.

I bought the POL to 3/8" version of this, hoping the POL was removable as my application requires it. Some regulators now have the POL fitting permanently attached, or sometimes threaded into what seems to be a proprietary size that can not be matched. This regulator I received has a removable POL fitting, in a standard 1/4" thread input. They had a small amount of that thread glue on there that manufacturers use on gas fittings, so it came apart easily. Sometimes that stuff can make a fitting seem like its permanently welded in. This seems to be a quality regulator.

Perfect for my needs

I purchased this along with a nut for a portable propane tank to be able to hook a small refillable tank to a stove in order to temporally operate it without being connected to the house gas line and it worked perfectly apparently providing the correct pressure.

Very nice propane regulator

I bought this propane regulator to replace my old failing one. I dont have any cons as it will fit my 20lb tanks and also fot my 100lb tanks as well. Easy to install with no leaks. I highly recommend this regulator. I would buy again.
