Great to help flush those tanks out....
I got this product because I bought an older camper that came with a little extra surprise in the black tank. My camper has no flush valve so I was looking at options to try to break up the solid waste in the tank. Before I used this product there was a blockage. Now the blockage is gone. My sensors still say full but I know that this isn't the case. I'm hoping the sensors clear up after repeated use, but they aren't very accurate from what I hear. Great product. I did a video review here.... https://youtu.be/VlH3ms2VgSk

A Must for all RVers
This is an awesome device. We are living long-term in our RV and recently both black and grey dump valves got jammed up. Suspected solid waste build-up and ordered this device after comparing with several others available. Chose this one because of built-in waste-gate and I'm VERY glad I did. Followed directions for hook-up, pretty easy, though position of the connector on our RV made actual use a little awkward (no fault of this device, just an old Winnie). Freed up the blockages in the waste values in the first rinse cycle. It did take about 10-12 cycles to get the black tank rinse running completely clear. I will say that we have been in the RV for 16 months, bought it used just before that, so I have no idea if or when the tank was every really cleaned out. Will be using this to rinse tanks about every 6 months while we're full-time and after every trip in the future. Every RVer should have one of these!

Great holding tank rinser and viewer
I have a travel trailer that did not come with a black tank flush. This inline fitting is very convenient for emptying holding tanks. First, because it is clear, you will see when the tanks are clean. In the case of the black tank, you can also ensure that solids are in fact running down the pipe and not getting left in the tank. Now for the best part, the duel flush function is very handy to have. The water line connection includes a backflow preventer in case you are using this with a potable water source or hose. The valve allows you to point the spray stream either into the tank or down the drain pipe. After emptying the tanks, I turn it up into the tanks for a minute or two to pump some water up there and it always brings some more 'stuff' out of the tanks. Then, I point it down the hose as a rinse before I pack everything away.n The only thing I wish is that this would fit into the storage tube for sewer hoses. Because of the water connection on this, I do not believe this would ever be possible, but note that this will not fit in standard sewer storage tubes.

Stop reading reviews and buy this thing already.
Full timer rver in the same rig for eight years. Dump weekly. Filling from toilet and flushing several times. Use a stick down the toilet hose sprayer not enough because it's gross and a pain. Especially now I'm wintering somewhere below freezing. Lately something has gone horribly wrong and been getting clogs. Didn't think a outside back flush would work since my sewer system has more kinks then a Slinky. Also my sewer connection is in a tight compartment so could not attach flusher directly. But I was getting a little desperate and thought I'd give it a go. Boy was I wrong. Wow! I knew it was disgusting but I had no idea my black tank was that disgusting. Flusher worked wonders even connected to a sewer hose and going uphill. Had some minor drips at sewer hose connections since they're not meant for that kind of water pressure but everything held. Aside from the poop pyramid flusher removed scale from sewer pipes and tank walls. Also a lot more sanitary then the toilet wand. I've only had it a week so time will tell how well it holds up. In a semi permanent location exposed to below freezing in winter and above 100 degrees in summer. Will post if any changes.

Flush that shhhtuff away
Read about this Camco flush pro online as I was having issues with my sensor indicating that the tank was full even after empty. I was able to inject water back into the tank and then drove around a bit letting it slosh then came back and dumped again and this solved the issue. Very easy to use and the water injector has two directions so I can also flush the septic drain hose as well. That was always an issue before as sticking a garden hose into the drain hose invariably splashed water and potential other stuff. Now the whole process is clean and tidy. So far every item I have purchased from Camco I have been pleased with.

Awesome gadget with surprising uses.
I got this because we have a bad seal on our grey tank gate, and wanted an additional gate to control the flow. What I didn't expect was that it was going to end up saving me a few hundred dollars when we had plumbing trouble. For those who haven't had to deal with it, RV black tanks are incredible difficult to snake, since there are multiple paths that the snake can go down, and it simply never goes where you want it. This means if you get a real solid clog, often the only answer is to tear the system apart. I don't have to tell you that this is a terrible job that nobody wants to do. I was struggling with a bad clog recently, and couldn't get the tank to drain no matter what I did. Then, I had a brainstorm: the problem was that it is impossible to get pressure behind a clog in an RV system, since it's not a closed system. However, I could use the reverse flush of this product to pressurize the end of the system! So, I closed the gate, hooked up the hose, and set it to the tank mode. Water filled the pipes, pressurized the pipes, and then pushed the clog all the way into the tank, where I could use the chemicals to break it down! No need to call an RV plumber, and the problem was solved in minutes. Add to that the benefits of the clear gate so you can see what's draining, the addition of the second gate to provide a backup for leaking gates, and the ability to spray water down the stinky slinky, and you've got a product that's a steal at twice the price.

Buy it!
Bought a trailer at a fixed site. Previous owners left the grey and black tanks open at all times. Not a great idea to get rid of your poop and toilet paper. Then add my wife and daughter not flushing all night and leaving toilet paper in the bowl made matters worse. I hooked this up, added some nice abs plastic tubing as my trailer will never move and went to down. Had a buddy in the washroom tell me when water was near the top then I would open up the waste gate on this thing and was amazed with how much stuff came out. My reading levels on the tank before were full and this got it down to 2/3 with just doing it once. My buddy is weak and couldn't handle the smell hence why I only did it once. Works for me as I get to tortrue the wife and kid next time they come down with the smell. I'm sure it will be a lesson learned for them.

Must have for camping!
My husband saw his brother use one of these when we were camping together. We just took our last camping trip for the year last month. We cleaned out hoses and tanks like usual while at full hook up site. His brother did his then brought his tank rinser for us to use on our camper. You would not believe the extra stuff that came out of our holding tank after we thought we had it clean. This thing is amazing! My husband wanted to immediately order the holding tank rinser for next camping season. I would highly recommend!

surprisingly easy to clean out the black tank
It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it. Now with the Camco Dual Flush, (DF), attachment, it is a surprisingly easy to clean out the black tank of our RV. We have a small 22 foot Class "C" RV, so the DF had to be placed on the output pipe just right. Thankfully, the four point attachment allowed me to turn the device to the proper place before attaching. Once attached, it was easy to use. The DF unit allows "back-flushing" water into the black tank, as well as "flushing" water out the drain hose to clean it out. The three position valve allows for Tank-to-Off-to-Hose spraying. The included gate valve is essential for proper back-flush operation with the black tank valve open. The DF is also made of fairly robust plastic, so I would expect it to last quite some time. As with everything, it will eventually crack or break, and if it does, I would certainly buy another one.

Works great..
Works great..... RV tank was so plugged I would open the dump valve and not one drop would come out.... Hooked this up and let it spray for about 3 min. With gate closed And it dumped right out........ Unlike other reviews say.... It does NOT matter how far or how many turns your pipe has in it to the dump valve.....u close the gate on this back flush adapter and open RV dump valve and no matter what there's water hose pressure going into the waste tank after the pipe fills up...... The spray doesn't necessarily have to spray right in the tank..... It's a back flush not a back spray........ Works great highly recommended... Don't know what I would have done without it. And I thought from the pictures on Amazon it had 2 water hose connections..... One is a hose connection and the other is a knob you turn to spray in the pipe towards the RV dump valve....or turns sprayer off or spray towards the adapter gate valve/down your dump hose to clean hose out after dumping.....
