One of my rental properties needed touching up in two places: the corner of a stove and bathtub tile where the white paint had worn off. I didn't want to make a huge mess so I bought this. You just open it and paint it on like nail polish. It's just as easy to do as it sounds and dries in minutes. But does it work? Yes. It's a perfect color for the stove, though it is a bit bright in the bathtub. Thankfully, all the places that needed touching up were in corners and under the soap dish, so it isn't noticeable. It's something to consider if your situation is different. I recommend this product if you just need some touching up, but check out the photos everyone is posting of the color to make sure it'll work for you.

I had a few pits in my white sink. I called someone who refinishes sinks and tubs who was going to charge me $150 for the repair. He never did show up. So I ordered this stuff. I had the sink finished in no time and it looks great!

Works better than I had expected. Although not the most expensive product, I found that this one worked best. It really adheres to the surrounding porcelain and so far, it has not chipped or peeled away, even after cleaning. I used this on a bathtub and on a bathroom sink. I am very satisfied.

I bought this after refinishing a fiberglass shower with Rustoleum's Tub & Tile epoxy paint, which worked well except for a small patch. They sell a two-part touch-up kit, but like the main one it's only good for a few hours after being mixed, and was pricey. This comes pre-mixed in like a large nail polish bottle and hasn't dried out yet. The attached brush is good for tiny nicks, but it dries very quickly. For larger areas try a bigger brush, it will cover better. Be careful not to get any on you because it does NOT want to come off, which is good. The bright white matched perfectly so I covered a few nicks in my washing machine, and have tinted tiny batches for other jobs. It sticks to everything I've tried it on

This product is easy to use and dries overnight. I have put on 2 coats and might apply a third. This product is WHITE,WHITE,WHITE so it stands out from the off white color of my tub. But it is still a great improvement over the black chips that were there before. Of course I have no way to know how long it will last but at this price that is not a big issue. One of the biggest pluses is that it comes already to go, no need for mixing. I still have plenty left as opposed to those 'one and done' products. In the instructions it advises to have acetone (nail polish remover) handy. It is a good idea, particularly if you get it on your skin. Ladies; You probably have some already with your nail polish so husbands ask your wife. Otherwise go to any of the major drug store and buy some, it is also inexpensive. 2/15/16 Update: This product is great!!! It still is holding up and the left over in the bottle is still fine. I am also using it to whiten some of the tough to keep clean places in the tub and grouting. 2nd update 1.31.17 Still holding up great, there is still plenty of product available for use in the bottle; and I use it on anything that is true white and chipped (for example: my white dresser and even on some spots on the grout in the shower.) I have discovered it comes in other colors beside super white,, so you may want to check them out.

I've read complaints from some users about the color, and I can understand that. This is bright white touch-up. BUT it filled the three chips on our counter with what appear to be very hard patches. After I sanded them down with a superfine sandpaper, they almost blend with out slightly grayer tiles. Because the patches look so much better than the chipped places, my wife approves, and that was what I was shooting for in the first place. Hence my 5 star rating. I found that filling the chips a little at a time was the most effective way to use this material, so that I didn't paint over the original tile too much. I might have had better success with a toothpick, instead of the brush, and I'll do that next time. By the way, the paint shrinks into the chipped places as it dries, so plan to use slightly more than enough to fill any chip.

I thought long and hard about spending the $20ish on this item. Why? Well, there are a bunch of people that complained about this product not matching their exact sink color or the fact that when looking at it up close, you could tell that they'd filled it, even when it did match. There were calls of speculation as to its waterproofing ability and other items that I just can't even get into. You know what I will get into? Cracks. If you have a fine line on your face, you fill it using some kind of serum (Perricone MD's Brightening Amine Face Lift is my favorite right now, but I also love Erno Lazslo's Timeless Skin). You'd take that serum and apply to your skin and it will smooth out that fine line. Now, it's not going to get rid of it. Over time, it's going to smooth it out more and more and prevent further creasing. And that's great. You caused some slight damage to your skin, probably by smiling at idiots way too much at the bar and then went out in the sun, or maybe you smiled at idiots on a rooftop bar everyday at Noon - I don't know your life, this is your issue. Point being, you have a wrinkle, you add a serum. Now, would you go to a plastic surgeon due to one wrinkle and get a face lift? Again, maybe you would. Like I said, I don't know your life. But for those of you that wouldn't, this item is for you. All you do is clean your sink, apply some of this on it (ours was a bit smaller than a dime-sized chunk) and then let it dry overnight. Yeah, it doesn't match 100% all the time (unless your sink is like ours and matches the product) and you can sometimes see the indention when looking at it from the right side, but unless you have a hole in your sink, you don't need to replace it. Just use this stuff. And if you're so concerned about a small little line that you want to replace it, then replace your face too... or don't. I don't care. This stuff is awesome and since we're not ready to remodel our kitchen, it's saved us from buying a new sink that we will inevitably replace when we figure out what we want to do to our kitchen. Take aways: 1. Good stuff 2. Maybe complain that your sink is the wrong color instead of the product. 3. Perricone and Laszlo for life. 4. This stuff isn't edible and it's definitely not creamer for your coffee.

I used this to paint over the Sheffield porcelain filler, which I used to patch chipped areas of my sink. After letting the porcelain filler dry for 24 hours, I then I used one coat of porcelain paint, and let it dry for 24 hours. I know I didn't have to wait that long, but I figured why not. My sink is white, and this Sheffield porcelain paint, which is bright white, matched closely with my sink's color - not an exact match, but close enough. The smell of this porcelain paint is very strong, so I recommend keeping a window open nearby.

I have an old and worn bathtub with some dark spots that look worse than they really are, simply because they're dark. The Sheffield Touch-up did a great job of covering them. To be sure, the paint is 'whiter-than-white' compared to the tub itself but draws far less attention to the eye and is less noticeable than the original spots themselves. I also used it on a sink that was chipped. It doesn't act like a filler but the camouflage is superb!

I have to research how to cover some chips and cracks in my bathtub made by plumbers and A/C cleaners when repairing something in the bathtub or air conditioner which is above the bathtub. For the small chips I just applied as instructed. The drain was rusted and three plumbers didn't want to remove it to change for a new one because the pipes are very old and if a crack happens that might affect our neighgor below they don't want to be responsible. So I did painted the whole drain and the two chips around it. It looks a way better than before. The other three small chips are hard to notice now! There is a big crack that I need to fill first with Bondo fiberglass resine and Bondo fiberglass cloth. Once it is done I'll apply the Sheffield 1126 Porcelain Touch-Up White. I also bought almond and I'll try to mix a little of them to see if the color is not to white to fix some small holes in the basin and the walls around the bathtub which are yellowish.
