Get the correct angle on the frame bracket for reassembly .

2004 Ford Econoline suspension was the worst design. The parts Fit perfectly. Took 1 hour to install. 45 mins to get the first side installed. 15 for the other. Learning curve. No rust west coast van E450/RV. I used 1/2 in impact with a snap on swivel adapter for the whole repair. 15 mm for the long bolts and a 29-28mm for the big nut. I used a small jack to assist in reinstalling the 15mm long bolts. Took a few minuets to figure out the angle needed to get the bolts back through the frame straight but with a pry bar and a small jack it was surprisingly easy. Disassembly was super easy. Getting the angle right for the frame bolts was tricky. Leave the big nut loose while getting the correct angle on the frame bracket with a jack and pry bar.

Quality Replacement Parts.

Perfect replacement for worn bushings on a 91 Ford E-150. Quality replacement parts! We have heard mixed reviews recently about Moog replacement parts, but we have been restoring an old van using only Moog parts and have had no fittment or quality issues. We will continue to buy and put on our own vehicles Moog brand quality parts, unless we see any quality issues.

These exposed some weak links in our suspension.

Solved a knocking sound under the our 2002 E150 Van. However, it exposed some weak links in our suspension. You know the old saying, "when it rains, it pours!" It has been a process to say the least with our Van. Ford really created a weak design with it's bushings and alignment of the wheels. This solves part of the common suspension issues with aged bushings.

Used these and other moog parts for a front end rebuild on 2003 e-250 superduty van that was still on original equipment. Obviously, the old parts were totally crapped out and the moog made it better than new.
