TL;DR version: Fits my 2005 Z71 Tahoe front sway bar. I was stuck between this set and the K6437 for my Tahoe's front sway bar. The front sway bar on all Z71 Tahoes should be 32 mm, which is 1 1/4" .... unfortunately, when you look up any part for the sway bar on the Tahoe, you're given the option to choose a part based on the 1 3/16" (30 mm) or 1 5/16" (33 mm). Conventional wisdom for normal rubber sway bar bushings would be to just get the larger size and just crank down the bolts to get a snug fit. The problem is that these are "thermoplastic" (i.e. not as soft / flexible) so you don't get much room for snugging up the bushing to the sway bar without running into a potential issue with there being a gap between the bar and the bushing (which is obviously bad news). I ordered both K6439 and K6437 bushings just to be sure and the K6439's fit the bill. The smaller bushings were very close to closing completely around the sway bar, but I knew that if I used those that I wouldn't be able to get the brackets tightened all the way down to the frame. Tightening the bolts for the bushing bracket snugged up the bushing to the sway bar just enough to where there isn't any play (that I've been able to notice so far).

Perfect fit for my 2004 Tahoe Z71. See comparison to the OEM (black). Same size and fit. I added silicon grease where the plastic hits the metal to prevent squeaking.

Fit perfectly and only took about 1/2 hour to install all 4 (I ordered 2 sets). 29' Winnebago Brave on a 1999 Workhorse Chassis (P30 Chevy). What a difference. I Should have done it a couple years ago.

I have a Fleetwood RV on a P30 chassis that is 34' long and 20,000lb gvwr. My front sway bar bushing were so rotted they were absolutely non-existant. I replaced with these and the difference in control is absolutely amazing. My rear bushings are OEM but still in good shape but the difference is so good that I am ordering another set to replace them.

I originally thought the steering box was going bad with a loose feeling driving. The Moog bushings fixed it.

I replaced these at the same time I replaced the stabilizer links so it only took 15 minutes to install. These were $39 @ O'Reilly's so a very good price for the same part.

Working like they should , very straight forward fitment
