This works good. It fit my 03 F150 4.6L without any problems. I was happy they provided a gasket so I didn't have to search for one. The engine had to recalculate the airflow from the new one since I replaced the old one, but after driving around a bit it seems to be working fine. At first the idle was running at 1000 rpms until it settled back down to around 700 again.
Bought one of these from NAPA , lasted year and a half. So far this one works great , idle stays where it belongs , truck runs nice, also it came with gasket.

Good part for a great price. Helped my slightly high idle and got rid of that very obnoxious vibrating/humming of the air intake on my F150. Runs like a new truck again.
