Installed on 2014 F150 SuperCrew with Firestone 2542 Air bags. Works great, hardest part of install is deciding where to put it. I chose inside the cab under rear seat, to avoid weather and dust problems. Already had a DU-HA box under the seat and the compressor mounted neatly inside. Sucks I had to drill hole through carpet and sheet metal, but added rubber grommet and silicone to weatherproof. I needed additional 10 guage red wire to complete the installation since so far from battery. Idiot proof instructions, simple and easy install. My package was opened, and missing 4of7 nylon nuts but everything else was fine.

I have a 2013 F-150. This compressor is great. It airs up the bags quicker than I expected (<8 seconds from 0 to 30 lbs). It is very high quality, from the compressor all the way down to the zip ties. I'm very satisfied with this and would buy it again. Regarding installation - this was my first one, and I'm a perfectionist. I wanted it installed under my hood, passenger side above the wheel well. I fabricated a bracket to line up with existing bolts to mount the compressor. I didn't want to drill any new holes anywhere, so I fabricated another bracket for the dial and switch and used the existing dash bolts under the steering wheel. I can't see the gauge easily when driving, but I'm happy with it. There's enough clearance between my boots and the gauge where I don't think I'll kick it, but there may be some mud from time to time. There is plenty of wire, so I shortened the wires and spliced them in (could have zip-tied, but it looked sloppy). There was plenty of hose as well, I've got a good 6 feet or more leftover. Going the anal-retentive route, it took 6 hours. If I had to do it a second time, maybe 2 hours. I spent a lot of time goofing with that bracket; and an hour debating where I should mount everything. Routing the wires and air hose was pretty fast and easy. Round 2 would be significantly faster. Finally, I did not wire in the gauge light. It might be nice to have, but I wasn't going to start testing wires that were 'illuminated dash wires' to figure out what to splice into. I'm good with a dark gauge.

Works well. Paired with firestone airbags on my Tundra. Ran air lines in cab (2) plus another wire for relay. Plan out the install of the control panel. The airlines are very flexible so the control panel will fight install in a small space. . Works well and durable. I chose the analog display vs digital cause we have one on our work trucks that is over 10 yrs old and display still works. I mounted the controller inside my center console and ran the air lines up the center and thru passenger grommet. I bought a plate made for my truck on eBay. It made mounting the air compressor easy.

This system was simple and fairly easy to install. I removed the light for the gauge as I didn't care to track down the dimmer wire for my dash. It was easy to find a video of where to drill to get through the fire and I would recommend this for anyone looking for an air bag controller.

I bought this for my 2018 F-150 and after it arrived I decided not to install this kit but opted for the Firestone F3 Air Command with wireless remote controlling simply due to not wanting to drill the gauge from this kit into my dash or having to try and fabricate something to have worked. I am extremely happy with my choice in the Firestone brand works well for our needs.

I've bought waaay too much aftermarket kits for my vehicles which includes a race bike and a 1969 camaro twin turbo. I have to hand it to Firestone, this kit is a bit pricey but surprisingly high quality. 1. All wires PRINTED for easy routing and very high quality, high amp rated wire. I"ve seen this type of wire on military equipment and jet engines. They did not skimp here where most "kits" try to save $$ because most people take this for granted. Even the zip ties are the thick stiff ones, not the cheapo stuff at the dollar store. 2. Hardware - top notch stuff. Brass fittings instead of plastic, and high quality zinc plated fasteners. Even the T fitting is either nickel or stainless. Don't have my magnet on me so not sure but solid either way. Thick walled 200 psi air lines. I use this stuff to plump the turbo system. 3. This 20 amp pump is solid. Especially like the rubber inserts on the pump brackets. Nice detail where most companies overlook or simply don't care. 4. Packaging. Heavy bags to hold logical groups of parts and fasteners, labeled and well protected. 5. Gauges and mounting housing. Very impressed. The gauge is very clear and sharp, the molded plastic very well cast and lot's of "meat" to give you a rigid base to operate the switch. The only thing that would top off this kit is a couple firewall grommets for the airlines and wires. I'm sure I have a couple lying around so it's no big deal. The people at Firestone have not lost the art of providing great quality with this product. Follow up, 7/27/2014 - INSTALL. Like the review above, this is correct. Unless you have a lot of flat spots that won't create an obstacle course for you to get in and out of your truck, it may be difficult to mount the control/gauge panel. I literally sat in my truck for a half hour trying to figure out where to mount this thing. I finally decided on mounting it inside the center console compartment. Took quite a bit of work but I like the fact that everything is now hidden. Compressor is mounted under the back seat in a small compartment, fits perfectly. I did route the intake air line outside of the compartment so it would get cooler air. The filter is colored exactly the same as my interior fabric and trim so that worked out nicely as well. I also like the fact that they included a relay for this that does not require the ignition switch to be turned on. Overall, very happy with this product.

Have this installed on my 2005 F-250 Super Duty. Installs great when you hire a professional installer or someone more mechanically inclined than I am. Holds pressure without constant adjustments on my part. Keeps truck sway to a bare minimal and keeps it level while under a heavy load. Also helps smooth out the ride a bit better. Doesn't make in a Cadillac ride, but it is better than before. Highly recommend to those here and I've also been recommending to those on the road already.

Very good product. Easy to install. Take a view to you tube to finish the job and see what others do....

Paired with Firestone W217602250 Ride-Rite Kit for GM C2500HD/C3500 and lowering kit to make a great products! Mounted in back of seat and easy to install and so easy to adjust and a must for Ride-Rite kit. Adjust on fly or anytime to level load. Well money spent and they need this stuff factory installed on all pickups towing trailers! Great product. I have used it 4 weeks now, no leaks.

Not the easiest thing to install, but we are so far happy with the Whole setup - this and the airbags 👍
