This pack is much better than the old ones this company made where the nails were different sizes to fit the different sized holes. Now it's all uniform so you can use all the hooks even if you bend a nail (like would always happen with the small skinny ones in the old style).

I absolutely love these. I've used them to hang everything from a small framed child's drawing to a stained glass piece the size of a door. If you have plaster walls these are especially helpful. It's so hard to find something that can hold heavy frames, especially in an old house with a lot of plaster. These are the best!

So good, I bought a second set! These have been the best nails and hooks I’ve ever used. I can hang a variety of weights and they stay on the wall. I’ve had issues with other products before - damaged a beautiful framed mirror in the past. But, these are marked by weight and have a variety of weights/sizes to choose from so you can hang everything you need to, easily without concern. Even the nails are finished nicely. I highly recommend.

I have no complaints about these hooks. The nails glide into the wall easily, even through plaster over a stud. And if I see the hardware peeking out from behind the hanging frame, the brass-like finish actually looks good, much better than the metal J-hooks I've used for decades. I was concerned OOK would not hold up my heavy mirror without one of those drill-in-the-wall thingies, which end up ruining the wall, but I chose a hook that was heavier than I needed, and it's been perfect. No unfortunate glass shattering in the middle of the night. [UPDATE 11/19/12]: An observant reviewer with sharper eyesight than mine informed me that the weights are etched into each hook. Brilliant. Thanks reviewer and thanks OOK!] What I dislike is how the value kit is packaged. The labeling is actually perfect--there's no doubt about which hanger to use with which wall hanging because they are organized by weight, even the nails. However, unless I intend to use every hook in this kit, there's no way to refer back to the information printed on the cardboard because once you open it (you have to cut the plastic), you're committed, and the hooks and nails can't be put back in, unless you are very dexterous and use strong tape. So months from now, when I want to hang something else, there's no way I'd remember which hook supported which weight based on memory, maybe not even if I'd saved the cardboard. I also wish the plastic packaging could be snapped shut. Since it cannot, I used a fine Sharpie to mark the backs of each hook with their weight and tossed the hooks and nails together in a small box. In any case, I can't be too annoyed with the packaging, because today I have come back to buy more OOK hooks.

Best product to hang anything on your walls, from small paintings to large heavy mirrors. I've used this product for years and it's the only one I ever buy. And it only leaves a tiny hold when you remove it ... mess free.

I happened to have a very small package of these Professional picture hangers in a drawer when I was on a picture hanging binge. I thought they were great because they were easier to install, seemed less likely to come out of the wall. are prettier (not sure that matters), and I feel the bigger ones that have two holes hang heavier items more securely. I decided to check for more on Amazon and was thrilled to find this large package. Next time I want to I can hang pictures to my heart's content and not run out of hangers!

Best picture hangers EVER! After seeing that the new version of these hooks appear to be "Kid-Safe Tremor Hangers" with potentially annoying "safety lips" (OOK 53100 20-Pound Kid-Safe Tremor Hangers, 3-Pack), I bought three sets of the old style. Make sure to buy sets that use the (expensive) blue steel nails with the big brass heads--they are really easy to get in and out of the wall (can be removed by hand). And they really don't leave more than a pinhole in the wall. A really great product! NOTE: I have never received any financial incentive related to a review on Amazon. No free products, discounts, etc.

great picture hangers. when it's time to order more, i'll know where to go straight off ... won't have to waste my time searching for the right ones. :) UPDATE 06/11/14 ... just want to add that I've used almost all the hangers in this package, and I'm glad they included the extra nails for super-small items that don't need the hook. also, a friend came over to "help" me hang a new picture and brought his own cheap, bargain hooks ... tried one and it made a big hole that chipped out the paint and plaster around it, damaging the look of the wall. thank god I had another ook hanger!! I've since order quite a few more of these hangers ... sure can't afford to run out. i won't use anything else ever again!! :)

This picture hanging kit is great, especially for the type of person who is afraid to hang their own frames. FEAR NO MORE. This is very easy, very simple, and very quick. All you need is a hammer. The kit is high quality and very strong. Don't go putting thick nails or screws in your walls and make big holes. I hung very heavy frames using this kit, 20+ pounds. If you feel my review was informative, please leave me a thumbs up :)

I love Ook products and swear by them for hanging anything on your walls. Pins go in easily with just a few taps and come out just as easily when you want to move or adjust an element of your decor.
