I love this pan! I bought this because my old 12 inch pan got all scraped up on the bottom and I was wondering if it was even safe to eat from anymore. It was a piece of junk, really, the handle felt loose and the weight was not substantial at all. Like the type you would buy at the grocery store. Threw it out and for $10 extra dollars bought this pan. It is EXCELLENT! I have a glass stovetop that is electric, not gas, and the conductivity is great. Food cooks nice and evenly. The cover is of excellent quality, a tight fit, and I am so impressed to have been able to get such quality for such a cheap price. It washes just fine in the dishwasher and I absolutely cannot be happier. Click and buy, friends!!

This saucepan was just the perfect size for my small kitchen. The pan has performed nicely as I've cooked sauces, boiled water, and warmed soup. There has been no sticking and it's an easy clean up as I just wash it in the dishwasher. The pan feel sturdy and feels like it will hold up to many years of use. The lid is also solid and fits perfectly on the pan.

After cooking for 46 years for a family I am down to just the original two if us. This is just the best pot I have had the pleasure of using in years! So easy to clean. (I don't have a dish washer, mine moved away!) I am a very experienced cook, love to cook and if you don't believe me ... you just need to look at my bottom! I have yet to make anything in this pot that didn't turn out as good or better than any pot I have used before! The cleaning factor is just the best. I quick swish with a soapy cloth and you are good to go!

I love this pan! After realizing I was too late for Easter brunch reservations I decided to prepare my own. On the menu- Swedish pancakes (a slightly thicker crepe), mind you I have never made them only eaten them. I decided I had better try making these Saturday in case it takes practice and I have to run back to the store for more ingredients. I used my sister in laws old family recipe she gave me 25 years ago and I never tried until now. 3 eggs, 3/4 c flour 3/4 c milk, 1 tbsp sugar- that’s it! The pan is the perfect size not too big, not too small. 2 small ladles of batter and swirl around in pan to edges, as soon as the batter looks dry- flip it over with one of the wooden spatulas also sold on amazon. They came out perfect! Really, you would think I had been making these for years. So thrilled to try many variations now! Anyone can do these with this pan and the spatula.

I've been using this pan pretty regularly for the past 2 years (purchased in Feb 2015). This is my most-used pan in the kitchen. Pros: - Good non-stick performance - Easy clean-up. (I do sometimes put it in the dishwasher, which doesn't seem to do too much damage, but we will see) - Nice lid - Good cooking performance - Handles stay cool Cons: - Wish it was dishwasher safe, but Cuisinart has now released one that is dishwasher safe: Cuisinart DSA25-30D Dishwasher Safe Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Everyday Pan with Glass Cover I will probably buy the dishwasher safe version next time.

A must for making buckwheat crepes. Heats evently, haven't burnt anything unlike the crepe pan purchased from a bakers catalogue. I spray surface even though it's non stick, a must for gluten free cooking. It's versatile pan, have cooked pancakes, hamburgers, eggs on it even warmed up pizza slices. Got rid of my 8" frypan and use this instead. Only use plastic utensils so scratches.

Obviously this review will not address longevity as it came today and was used once. I wanted potstickers (which oddly enough should not stick). In order to make potstickers one needs to put a cover on the skillet. AH -- skillets mostly do not come with lids. So to get what I wanted I needed 3 things 1: large enough for 16 potstickers; 2: non-stick; 3: a lid. From the listing this skillet covered 1 and 3 (rare but there it was). So, today it was delivered and I tore into it right away.. Washed it out and plunked it on the stove. Opened 2 boxes of potstickers and followed directions. Purely perfect. Steamed and just the right amount of crispy brown on the bottom. Each one lifted out without any problem. Perfect. Tomorrow I intend to try it in the oven with a quiche type thing. It should slide right out onto a platter for cutting. I will update this review after further use.

I am big fan of Cuisinart products. This is my second purchase for Cuisinart crepe pan. The thickness and size is perfect for crepes. What i loved about this pan is that its not flimsy or thin. Its super heavy duty stuff, yet easy on hands. The handle is made of solid stainless steel which stay cool on the stovetop. I have been using this forever, and never had any issues with handle getting loose. Since there is no plastic part, the pan is over safe too. The first one i bought, i made mistake of using steel utensils on it. I would recommend using wooden or silicon utensils on it, if you want to keep it in good health. There are many pics available for this pan on internet. So, adding pics for reference. Hope it will help. You can not go wrong with this pan. Highly recommended!! **If you found this review at all helpful, please take a minute to let me know by clicking the button saying this review was helpful to you. I have used a number of nonstick frying pans over the years, and this is the best so far. It offers very even heating, and the coating is very slick. I have fried eggs, etc. without any oil or cooking spray, and they slide right off. The included glass lid is definitely a plus, as well. The only cons, I suppose, are that it is a bit on the heavy side. To me, that is a sign of quality, and likely why it heats evenly. It might be a bit unwieldy for some people, however. The handle is easy to clean, but if you're not careful it could lead to burns. Also, as with all nonstick pans, you have to be careful when you wash it. It is nonstick, not nonscratch. Don't use any type of scrubber on it, not even the plastic scrubbers commonly found on dishwashing sponges. Also be careful not to store other pots / utensils on top of it. I have avoided any scratches with these precautions.

We are a military family and while we could purchase a BBQ grill, I'd prefer to not just in case we are sent somewhere that we couldn't have or use it. I actually own the smaller cookware set that this grill pan matches, and I love the whole set. This grill pan is no exception, it's a wonderful addition to the set, and I love it so much. I've made pork chops and steak with this so far, and it's performed beautifully. Beautiful grill marks, even cooking, not much smoke. It is pretty large. I saw that someone's review said they would have preferred the 10 inch pan. For practicality, yes, the 10 inch would be a better fit, but at $30 (at the time of purchase) this was a crazy good deal. I do have a gas stove so the size isn't much of an issue. It heats up really evenly, no hot spots that I noticed while cooking with it. Like the rest of the set, this pan is non-stick, cleans easily, and is oven safe up to 500F. On the reviews for the set there were people complaining about the non-stick finish coming off, so a word of advice: DO NOT USE NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. Non-stick cooking spray has additives and a lower burn temperature than traditional vegetable oils, using it on ANY non-stick cookware surface can cause damage to the surface. Really, it's a great grill pan. No regrets getting this pan, and I think that along with the rest of the set, taking good care of this pan will lead to many, MANY years of use.
