Best thing about it is, it will slip right over the end clevis on a Hi-Lift without having to remove it. Holds the handle in place and no rattling while driving. It appears to be made of urethane, and will probably last longer than the engine in your 4x4. There's really nothing to go wrong with this simple part.

Works great securing the handle but slides easily out of the way. No more twisted wire, tape, bungee cord or getting brained by the handle flopping around. Does require removing the claw or anything else you've mounted at the top of the main beam to install and they recommend removing the keeper completely during use so it doesn't slide down and interfere with the full movement of the handle.

Check dimensions of your jack!!!

I don't think that it's a problem with the product, so I'm giving five stars. It's a very simple device, so it either works or it doesn't. It didn't work on my jack though as mine is an ancient model that has a larger diameter handle and end stop. I see tons of guys/gals using these though, so just verify that the openings in the handle keeper match the dimensions of your jack.

Awesome product

This will not keep your jack perfectly still, but it helps a lot. We got a Velcro Tightening strap with our hood mount kit. So we have both this and the Velcro strap on the Jack to keep it completely sturdy when driving. It’s still a good buy! It keeps the handle in a good place and it’s not going to just slip off.

I am a little OCD when it comes to my gear and I am glad I bought this. It’s HD. Fits well. Does the job. Keeps the handle with the jack so it’s there when it’s needed. The last thing I need is to be stuck and have to hunt everything down to top it off or worse, it’s not in the truck. The cost is small and it is thick, tough and quality. You will only need to buy this once.

A Perfect Solution to a Rattling Hi-Lift

I have a hi-lift mounted on the tailgate of my Jeep, and this is a great solution for silencing the incessant rattling. I'd previously used wire, cord, and briefly an elastic, all of which did a decent job, but this little gizmo is top notch. No rattle whatsoever after slapping it on, and it pulls off quickly and easily. Yes, it's a total luxury item. No, no one "needs" this. But if you're riding around with a hi-lift and you want to quiet it down, this does the trick quickly and perfectly. I'd highly recommend it for any off-road enthusiast!

This is a must-have for a hi-lift Jack. My jack rattled for years, even though bolted in my Scout until I put this thing on. It quieted things down immensely. Worth the money.

Perfect fit for the Hi Lift Jack handle keeper, slots easily over the handle and body of the jack. No rattling or movement whatsoever. The color is not as bright as the paint on the jack, but it is a different material, so the color variation is inevitable. Very heavy duty and sturdy. Highly recommend.

No more loose handle

keeps the handle of the hi lift jack from falling when in storage, in my case I bought this and and the install kit for the back of the truck and they work great

Works great. Keeps handle in a stored position. When moving from point A to point B you can use the handle to carry. You maybe don’t absolutely need it but there are benefits
