Great pan - I am not experiencing the denting issue that others have mentioned. I could just be lucky on that front, but I am cognizant of the fact that while it's a heavy gauge, it is still aluminum. I like them so much I purchased two more after my initial order. I have baked in these, roasted veggies in them .. all kinds of stuff. Through it all they have performed brilliantly on all fronts. Throw on top of that they are/were part of the Amazon 4/3 sale, and they deliver even further value.

I have never had good luck with the bake easy or darker cookie sheets. Until now I was unable to find a light color aluminum sheet. I do a lot of baking and am having wonderful results now. Also they clean up so well. I am delighted. midge

Excellent product

This product is excellent. I suffered that the previous baking pan buckled in the oven. It never occurred to this product. Also it is light weight and easy to clean up. I don't want to use the other items any more.

Great Pan Great Price

Replaced a cheap steel pan half rusted and very thin. My original idea was to buy another cheapie from the grocery store for $10, but decided to go higher quality. I went to the Sur La Table near me, but couldn't pull the trigger on a $40 model. Came home and checked reviews on Cooks Illustrated (great cooking web site) and bought this recommended pan along with a CIA wire rack that fit perfectly. I have baked, broiled, breaded and marinated on this pan and couldn't be happier. The pan is substantial, but not heavy. Doesn't wobble or bend, and stays flat whether cold or hot. I would highly recommend this for the home cook.

I love these pans. I use them for everything from roasting veggies to baking cookies. they have not warped and they are heat consistent

It's a 1/2 sheet pan

Yep, it is a 1/2 sheet pan. I like these, they are priced right and work well. Use them with a silpat or parchment and cleanup is easy.
