We've had this in the truck (F150) for a month or two, and it's really darn handy. We did not bother to screw it into place, as it seems quite stable, and not at all prone to shifting, even when loaded. The adjustable cup holders (which lock at whatever diameter you set them at) are tall enough to be a very secure holding all sizes of travel containers (including the grossly oversized coffee mug that I prefer!). This is even better quality than I had hoped for.

I have used these for many years.

I have put these in several trucks and tractors over the last 15 years. No complaints. The cup size adjustment can vary some between units as one might move easier or harder than another. If you take a little time to look at it enough to understand how it works, differences will not bother. One short utility screw, provided with the unit, into the carpet has always held them solid. If it gets a little dirty, take out the screw and throw it in the dishwasher(the console, not the screw). I screw little camera cases, hanging by the flap, to the sides as holsters for smart phones. Saves a lot of dropped and lost phones. When I trade vehicles, it comes out and never leaves a mark...well maybe the carpet underneath is a little cleaner. I have never had one break. I have bought new ones as vehicle buyers ask to have them left in place. I hope this new one is/lasts as good as the others.

Durable console that holds drinks well

I bought this console for my 93 Chevy pickup that had one badly designed drink holder. I can't overstate my satisfaction with this purchase! This console fits perfectly and looks like GM factory installed. I put two screws through the console into a thick carpeted mat that came with the truck when I bought it (used) so a large fountain drink wouldn't tip it over. After I secured it down, I have really liked my console. It's a durable well made item that has been used often for almost a year with no problems. It is bulky, so won't fit all vehicles, but if yours has the room, buy this console.

I have cup holders now

My truck is old and had no cupholders. After looking around I settled on this one because it looked small but sturdy. It fits on my floor in the middle and I still have enough room to shift gears. I didn't need to screw it to the floorboard, but if you're going to be off-roading I recommend securing it.

Cup holders are adjustable and durable

There is a trick to adjusting and locking the cup holders, you lift, don't shove, once you get the trick -- super easy to use. It's nice that they are both adjustable and locking. Storage area great for dropping in cell phones or hold french fries, not just cds. I did take the suggestion and drilled a hole through my floor mat ( accessories mat) to keep it in place on my "hump." I used a wing nut so I could move it quickly if needed. But on carpet with some velcro would work fine too -- it's just for insurance actually sits flat on my suv hump. Quality thick plastic. I bought this to hold those big ice tea and big gulp type of drinks.

Get more than what you pay for

those rare occasions I have back seat passengers, they don’t have a center console with cup holders. There’s cup holders in the doors, but those aren’t really great for containers other than 12 ounce cans or 20 ounce bottles. This product is perfect because it was priced well and it can either be temporarily installed via a seatbelt, or permanently installed by bolting it into the floorboard. If you have a black interior, the black center console will match well. It’s not different in my car at all. In conclusion, you could pay $25 or $30 for the competitive product but in my opinion, this is the best option, especially for subcompact cars like mine.

Great Little Unit with good design features and quality.

I wanted to add storage capacity in my Ford Ranger. I needed a unit that was small to fit on the floor between the manual shift and the seat. This unit fits exactly. The two additional cup holders are adjustable to hold many sizes of travel cups. The storage bin is large enough to hold a variety of small items that accumulate in vehicles. Additionally it has coin and pen holders. This is my second unit of this design. I have a slightly larger version in my F150. Thoroughly satisfied with this storage unit.

Great addition for my husband's old truck

My husband needed a cup holder/organizer to fit on the floorboard of his old truck. This is great. It fits perfectly over the hump on the floorboard. He loves how the cup holders adjust to accommodate different size containers. He used several screws to secure it to the carpet/floorboard to keep it from sliding around.

killer deal for the price!

i’m very pleased with this product. the shipping was quick on time. i like the fact that the cup holders are adjustable and can be set to which ever size cup you have. the black “clip” (shown on the picture) is used to keep the cup in place so it doesn’t move around and stay safe all you need to do to adjust it is pull it, when you find a nice snug spot for the cup , push it back and it sets to place perfectly with no wiggle at all! great value for the price and i’m very happy it matched the interior of my truck !

Serves a purpose.

Its a tad bit smaller than I had hoped but serves a purpose though. We have it on the hump where carpet is and doesn't slide around too much without any drink bottles in it. We don't have it bolted down. Hubby uses it for change because we don't have a center console. Limited storage space due to being a 6 seater truck. This thing was a win.
