Awesome quality, works everytime for me, wish I knew about this tool sooner.
Very good quality and design, I am a auto tech by trade. Just used this tool on a jeep wrangler front driveshaft and was surprised the cup was small enough to grab the yoke but it worked great. I also did front/rear shaft joints on a 2003 Tahoe with the caps you have to melt the nylon out of and can be stubborn to replace, this tool makes replacing U-joints painless and the most important part is NO MORE SMASHING DRIVESHAFTS WITH A HAMMER! :D

Worth Every Penny!
Absolutely amazing tool! I'm an automotive tech by trade, so I buy a LOT of tools. My personal F350 needed the front axle shaft u-joints replaced. Dana 60 axle shaft joints, especially after 25 years of time to rust in place and seize up are notoriously difficult and usually either laugh in the face of even large shop presses. Or, they'll send whatever setup you use to press them flying across the shop/into your face/into the neighbor's yard without budging. This tool though, this thing allowed me to remove a badly stuck, rusted in joint in under a minute with ZERO damage to the shafts or myself. Unlike lower end puller/pressing tools, the forcing screw on the Tiger Tool is fine threaded and very hard, no galling or shedding threads in sight even after winding it up as tight as a 1/2" Snap On Cordless impact would twist it. I'm almost looking forward to do doing the other u-joint with this thing in my arsenal!

Where has this been all my life?
As a professional automotive technician I'm kicking myself for not buying a this tool sooner. At this price this tool will pay for itself in time saved, on a couple jobs. In the past I've fought with adapters on ball joint press, or the hammer and vise method. Recently I had a u-joint fail on my personal 2001 f350. I heard about this brand from several guys in the HD world that swear by tiger tool. I decided to order this to try out on my own truck. My u-joints were a bit rusty. With this tool I was able to press out both bearing caps with my 3/8 ratchet in about 5 minutes. I even did one cap one handed, and made a video with my other hand to show my father who has been in the industry for years. He was amazed by how this tool worked as well.Tool worked so well I told all my friends in the industry about it. I wouldn't even consider doing u-joints another way now. Tool is so cheap I'm thinking about buying a second tool to keep in my truck for long road trips. Please excuse the Shakey video as I used this tool and filmed at the same time. Will post up a better video next u-joint I change.

Works Great! Smart design.
Tool worked like a charm. I was five time as slow as shown in the Tiger Tool video. The tool has to be aligned perfectly before you start ratcheting the screw down otherwise it slips off. When it is aligned right, it works beautifully. It takes a little practice. Also, because of the geometry/ arraignment of the universal joint on the yoke plate to the rear axle for my 92 F150 XLT, this tool wouldn't drive out the universal joint on the yoke. It kept slipping off the yoke ear. I had to drive the universal joint off the yoke using the OCT C-clamp.

Best u joint puller made
I used this on a 97 Ford F-250 4wd inner axle u joint on the ttb front axle. Impossible to get a c clamp style puller into such a tight place on those axles. This clamp saved hours not having to pull the differential. It's incredibly strong and the design pushes straight on the yokes, not the u joint cap. It truly was worth every penny. I used the size 10105 but will be purchasing other sizes as this is a much better way to pull the u joint. Wish I could give it 10 stars!

if you know how to use it, it works great.
This is a phenomenal tool. I have used off brand u-joint pullers and none of them compare to the Tiger Tool brand. They may look the same but the strength of the frame and the threaded rod are what make the difference. As long as you get the ear of the yoke set deep in the cup of the tool, the tool will work great. I plan on buying every size available from Tiger tool. These u-joint removers work nicely because you can remove the u-joint on the vehicle (if space allows) without having to do all of the work to remove and reinstall the driveline. I am a diesel mechanic and use this tool weekly. I highly recommend it.

Used on 05 Lexus GX-470 and 04 Lexus LX-470
My GX-470 had a bad vibration sound that turned into clanking. I looked underneath and checked the driveshaft and holy cow my u-joints were almost completely worn out! For what I was quoted to do both front and rear shafts, this tool paid for itself and with my impact driver made removing the joints a breeze. At first I used my HD C-clamp from my front end kit to try to install the cups back on but the C-clamp proved kinda bulky. I ended up using my 20 ton hydraulic press and it did a professional job. However, the Tiger Tool U joint puller made this job easy and enjoyable, not to mention that I was then able to do my LX-470 shafts for essentially free due to the money I saved from going to the drive line service shop and having them do the work. The tool is HD and is powder coated. It's going to last a long time. I will probably end up using now on my friend's trucks and doing theirs for free. Hey, that's what friends are for!

Great tool! This is the way to make a ...
Great tool! This is the way to make a tool. It is made in Canada and they should be proud (not soarry) that they've made such a good tool. I also bought the universal joint assembler that they sell. These are works of Fine Industrial Art. They get it right! This is the type of tool that used marked "Made in the USA" and every one would buy it because it was the finest available. Well. the Canadians have taken over that position for us. This tool is just like the last three tools that I purchased that were made in Canada. They are absolutely superb quality, built to last and are works of art! Well done, Canada. Once again you kick our ass here in the US. I would say that I'd buy it again in a heartbeat, but the only reason to do that is because someone stole it from me!

You'll know when you really need this tool.
I discovered it in a video online, where a guy pulled the center U-joint tucked up inside the frame of a Ford TTB. This is exactly what I needed it for, because my slip joint was rusted stuck. After a little wiggling around to get it to line up, it did it's job flawlessly. I'll bust out the crappy old imported C-frame press where I have room, but I'm glad I have something of good quality than can get me out of a bind where I don't. Overall, an excellent design and not significantly more expensive than the imported knockoffs that are surely made of lesser steel.

Great tool. Have what it takes.
02 Ford F350 4WD front universal joints on a northern truck. Tool # 10104. This tool with a vice plus Kroil and a brass hammer made removal of U joints safe and a lot less time consuming. In applications ( like mine ) where rust and lack of preventive maintenance from the previous owner (yes Dave, I'm talking to you) was a huge issue tighten the tool down so that downward pressure is applied to the bearing cups, apply Aerokroil, let sit for a few, then hit the bottom bearing cup to shock the metal. You'll see the U joint cap move a hundredth then repeat. Theres no need for an impact gun or a 2' breaker bar. Finesse is key. Oil down the tool when done and let it sit with all the other specialty tools purchased that you only needed to use once.
