Carbquik is the best thing since sliced bread! Everyone knows when you're on a low carb diet you start craving thongs you can't have. Let me tell you, you can have them now! I made biscuits just like the Cheddar Bay biscuits you get at Red Lobster. I've made a great pizza dough with it. Nothing like having a big cheesy piece of pizza while you're on a diet! I also have made blueberry pancakes and let me tell you, they were delicious! Carbquik is a must-have in my household now!

Can I just tell you how amazingly bearable Carbquik has made my low-carb diet? WOW! There are some great recipes floating around on the internet that involve Carbquik. Use them...you won't regret it! The biscuits are okay, but if you can find a yeast-roll recipe, they are AMAZING. And I can now eat breaded chicken again! Totally worth the price!

Being a type 2 diabetic this is one of the few things that will not raise my blood sugar much eating this in reasonable amounts. I can have 2-3 medium biscuits or pancakes usually with no problem. I also combine this with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, parsley and grated cheese as a breading for deep fried foods. First use that mixture to coat the food, then an egg wash, then back to the Carbquik mixture and then the hot oil. This is one of the few things I can eat as a diabetic where it doesn't feel like your sacrificing taste and satiety. Pancakes, waffles, biscuits and breaded deep fried foods come out pretty good. Pizza looked great out of the oven but was barely tolerable. Maybe skip the pizza? I want to try to make sugar free brownies next. Will update with the results when we get around to it.

I found Carbquick baking mix to be an excellent way to allow myself some bread and dessert items without a lot of carbs. It has allowed me to have biscuits, pancakes, strawberry shortcake and the like. It works and tastes like regular Bisquick. Yet it has allowed me to lose from 318 down to 288 in about 3 1/2 months! Great stuff!

This stuff is fabulous!! I made pancakes and OMG!!! This is better than any keto pancake recipe that we've tried. I will be trying different recipes with this stuff. Just what is needed for those missed things that you cant have on a Keto diet. Next experiment is breaded and fried chicken.

Recently started a Keto lifestyle and saw this product in a recipe. Since I really miss my breads, thought I'd try it out. Love the Cheddar cheese biscuits right off the box recipe. Did add some seasonings to spice it up -- made 10 biscuits at only 2 net carbs each. Texture was just like "regular" biscuits. Going to try Biscuits & Sausage gravy next!

I make chocolate muffins with it. 2-3 Tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of carbquick, two eggs, 1/4 cup of oil, some water and splenda/stevia, salt, vanilla or other extracts to taste. Bake for 8-10 mins on 350. Yummy

I live in the Southeast where biscuits are king but not for someone restricting their carb intake. I hadn't had a biscuit in over a year when I happened across Carbquik in someone's low carb blog. I bought a box locally and made my first batch of drop biscuits. WOW! Just like I remembered when using the original Bisquik. Same taste and texture, IMHO, altho some folks out there claim there are subtle differences in taste that are a bit off-putting. Not me. They go great for breakfast or even better warm with some crushed strawberries and blackberries sweetened with EZ-sweetz and topped with whipped cream. Just a couple of days ago, I made Carbquik-battered shrimp and fried them. Tasted like shrimp tempura. This is low carb??!! :-) So far, I've ordered three more boxes from Amazon and am about to order more. Good stuff! Now Carbquik is not carb free so you don't want to overdo it but a biscuit with eggs for breakfast and the scales stay right where they belong. Love it...

I can finally have breading on my fried chicken, make pancakes, thicken soups, make bread and rolls, pizza dough, you name it. This stuff is great and it is very similar to the regular making mixes that are not low carb and it has never kicked me out of ketosis. I use it almost daily and I feel like I can finally be faithful to a low carb diet. I have lost over 150 pounds so far but still have a way to go so I am so glad I found this. It has not slowed my weight loss down either. It is really great but there are a few things you need to know: 1. It turns dark much faster, so if you are using it as a coating to fry foods with, you have to adjust the heat to cook a little longer at a lower temp. 2. If you are using this to thicken soups or sauces, you will need 2-3 times the amount of this mix as you would regular flour baking mix. 3. It can be pretty bland when using for a beer batter or breading, so it is a good idea to add your seasoning directly to the mix so it is not so bland.

I am on a strict Atkins diet and started to use this with fear in my heart lol, but not only does it taste great, my ketones are still in the moderate area. It is not as dark as before but still in the moderate area. I have been using it for over a month now. I hope it stays the course lol. I only use ONE serving ,1/3 cup, to fry. No more. Love it so far.
