Ok ok so I put a little powdered sugar on the top! Regardless, these brownies are an amazing low carb option without that weird sugar alcohol taste. I don't know how they did it but yum yum!

These brownies are literally delicious! No weird aftertaste. You can bake them for 40 minutes if you like them more fudgy or 50 minutes if you like your brownies more cake-like. Although these are great and extremely low in carbs, take it easy on the serving size, they absolutely do give you gas and diarrhea...I didn't experience any abdominal pains just tons of bowel movements lol if you can help it save these for the weekend or some time where you can make frequent trips to relieve yourself. Totally worth it though! Enough of the gross-ness! Seriously though, if you have a sweet tooth for chocolate or brownies these will exceed your expectations. Hard to believe they're low-carb. Having products like this accessible to me in moderate has made Keto feel like a very sustainable lifestyle change! Best of luck to the low-carb-ers!

Well now these brownies I cannot say enough about. They are a little tricky to make and take a little extra time. You must follow the directions exactly. When they first came out of the oven I cut into them and they appeared to be half cooked. I was disappointed but after I put them in the refrigerator as the directions describe they were wonderful. If you're on a low-carb diet and looking for something to treat yourself these are definitely it. Beware they are loaded with sugar alcohol. You cannot be too many or at one time or they will do a number on your digestive tract. Will definitely be buying again.

These are awesome. I’ve been low carb for what seems the best part of my life and these are truly a treat. I add some nuts, bake them in a muffin pan, and freeze them. I’ve made them in a brownie pan but I don’t eat enough of them and had to pitch them due to old age. Now I just grab one (maybe once a week) and have a snack. I even see my husband, who doesn’t follow low carb, get one occasionally. They are better than Atkins bars and other commercially prepared treats.

I am a chocolate snob - so when I went to a low carb diet, I tried several recipes that were - well, let's just say - awful. So, when I saw this and read the comments, I thought - why not? I'll try one box. These are amazing. Please note - DO NOT overcook. I pulled them out a tiny bit early and let cool and then chilled in fridge. I gave a brownie to my "can eat anything and not gain" husband without tipping him off that these were "special" and he really liked them. I did not have a 8" square pan, so I used a oval baking dish - so the brownies were not a thick - but I kind of like that about them. Even if these were higher carbs, I'd still buy this mix. Highly recommend!

I really don’t know how anyone could throw out a batch or claim these are inedible. After doing Keto for 2 weeks now I was craving some chocolate. You have to follow the directions and DO NOT skip the part about having the pan with water in the oven. This is a must to keep them moist. I cut them into 12 servings so when I have a portion it satisfies my cravings. These were absolutely delicious and do recommend trying them. When I made these brownies I only had 2 eggs so I substituted extra water and some heavy cream. Still came out fabulous!!

I made these for my husband, who does not consume sugar. He has sugar free snacks/treats regularly, so I wasn’t worried about the digestive side effects mentioned in other reviews here; he’s got quite the tolerance. He had 2-3 of these per day, for the short time they lasted. I made sure to have 0; I tasted the mix and had a bite of 1 brownie, but that was all I dared to have. I’ve made many sugar free, chocolate treats and none have tasted like these brownies. These brownies taste more like “regular” brownies, sweetened with semi-sweet chocolate, as opposed to typical sugar free chocolate recipes that taste more like the bitter chocolate they contain. I highly recommend these brownies as long as you are aware that the digestive side effects are in fact very real if you don’t have a high tolerance of sugar alcohols already.

So, I didn't think that it was possible for the healthy stuff to taste as good as these brownies. The comments about how these brownies gave people the sh*ts gave me a great laugh, thanks guys! Lol I did not experience the rumbling tummy and thinking that I sh*t myself, lol. I do feel guilty because these brownies taste so good and because I didn’t get the sh*ts. Too good to be true, will have them once a month! Lol Oh, for the folks that don't know, you’ll need to be able to put the pan that you cook the brownies in, inside another pan! Then, you’ll have to fill the outermost pan with 1 inch of water. I did this and the moisture level of the brownies is amazing!

I’ve been low-carb, kinda Keto for 3 years. I bought this box a few months ago, but I set the bar so low, I didn’t even bother. Until tonight. WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR? I didn’t have a 9” square glass baker, so I used 2 non-stick loaf pans and went down 15 degrees. I also swirled some peanut butter into one of the loaf pans. I had to put a note on the storage container that they are sugar-free, so they won’t be gone before I get another one. Also, sugar alcohol doesn’t bother my GI tract too much, so I’m going to see how many I can eat before I’m struck. Love these brownies!!!

I've been low-carb for close to a decade now, so while I feel like I've tried most of the low-carb dessert products on the market at one time or another, I'm always on the lookout for new products to help satisfy my sweet tooth when those rare cravings arise. I baked these both as normal brownies and via the waffle iron to make waffle brownie bites. They tasted delicious - great texture, very rich, nicely gooey in brownie form, baked up well in the waffle iron, did not throw me out of ketosis following enthusiastic consumption. Perhaps the greatest compliment I can give this product: None of my non-low-carb friends who tried them thought they tasted like low-carb treats; everyone was very pleased with the flavor. There were also no reports of gastro issues, which can sometimes be an issue for people when consuming different artificial sweeteners.
