My daughter LOVES it!

I got this for my daughter who is nearly two years old. She knows all the letters of the alphabet, but doesn't yet know them in order. So I wanted to get something she could see, play with and the puzzle is perfect because she can learn the order of the letters. She LOVES this puzzle! She loves calling out each letter and saying the names of each of the little pictures behind each corresponding letter. I also love that this puzzle is wooden - so I pieces are durable and won't get damaged. I definitely recommend.

Great toy for learning and playing

This puzzle is amazing! I actually bought it a year ago for my two toddlers to share, and it has been (surprisingly to me) one of their favorites. The pictures under the letters seem to make the letter names more memorable for my now 3 year old, which is awesome. And the pieces have held up surprisingly well to being put into mouths, flung across the room, shoved into small spaces, and even stepped on (ouch). Of note, because of the way these are cut, some letters can fit into more than one spot. D can fit into C, E can fit into F, V can fit into A... but with a little guidance, your little one will get the hang of it. I would definitely buy this again.

AWESOME PUZZLE!

Melissa and Doug products are awesome and this one does NOT disappoint. Love their wooden puzzles and I adore this alphabet one. I use it in my speech therapy room and the kids love taking off the letters to see what pictures are underneath. Love the peg-style and ease of use. I use this every single day. So in love.

I got this for my twin’s two year old birthday- after a week they figured out how to complete it on their own and since they like it so much they keep playing with it and are slowly remembering which letter is which. If I could I would just have the letter behind the peg instead of an image.

My daughters 2&1 love this puzzle

I love this puzzle for my children because it helps them with their alphabet. I don't like that the picture Of the vine and quail because my daughter thinks they are ropes and a bird, which can confuse her. However I believe it can increase her intelligence and broaden her knowledge. Either way I love it.

LOVE this puzzle

My almost-2-year-old had mastered her Melissa & Doug numbers puzzle and needed something more challenging. She LOVES this puzzle. It keeps her captivated for up to 20 minutes at a time and it's already helping her learn new words like "Key" and "Apple."

Excellent!

This puzzle is the cutest and fun to play with. I ordered the Disney one as well to give as a gift. The pieces are sturdy and fit well into place. Easy enough a two-year-old can do it, with a little guidance of course. It's one of his favorite toys.

Abc's

I bought these in hopes to get my son into learning his ABC's, he's 3. I love that when you pick up the puzzle piece there's a picture underneath that will help them identify the letter. The puzzle pieces are a decent thickness I was worried because somebody said they were flimsy but they're not. I would recommend this product

My sons favorite puzzle.

My 1 year old son loves this puzzle so much that I ordered an entire new puzzle when he lost the X. He would literally drag the completed puzzle to me and point to the missing X over and over with a sad face on. It is colorful and fun with little corresponding pictures under each letter. This has been one of my sons favorite toys for weeks.

Very cute alphabet puzzle

Cute alphabet puzzle. My daughter really likes seeing the pictures under each letter. It feels a little "cheaper" than I expected for the Melissa & Doug brand, but it has held up well with a 2 year old so far. My daughter loves the alphabet and I'm glad that I could find this puzzle for a great price. It is a little more challenging than toddler puzzles, which is good for her because she's mastered the easy ones so far. She really enjoys it. The pictures are colorful and interesting. I would recommend.
