The best floss for permanent retainers
This threader is the best floss for anyone with a permanent retainer. The floss is all individually wrapped which is the pro and con about this floss (more on that later). The reason why I love this floss so much is because it is a threader and floss in one and the floss itself is very soft. Since I have sensitive gums these help out a lot. The threader part is a little thicker which makes it more rigid but it keeps the soft exterior making threading very easy. Once I'm done with the threading section of my teeth I use the floss for regular flossing. The length is long enough where I can wrap it around my fingers multiple times. This is the only product that I have through Amazon where I have it on automatic order. PROS: ■ Individually wrapped ■ Soft on gums ■ Long length ■ Threader and floss in one CONS: ■ Unwrapping the floss sometimes causes the floss to knot itself (which is a byproduct of the way the manufacturer individually wraps them) ■ 30 to a pack wish there was a larger option ■ Since the floss is so soft, there are times towards the end of my flossing that the floss breaks None of these cons were a deal breaker or frustrate me enough to try a new product, which is why these are on automatic order.

If you have braces, buy this floss
If you have braces, buy this floss. My dentist gave me a pack of Oral-B Superfloss. Let me tell you, the Superfloss super sucks. It turned every flossing session into agony as I struggled to de-tangle the fuzz-wad from my brackets. After 2 or 3 repeats of that experience, I gave up and started using those green plastic floss threaders. They work much better but can be quite a chore as well. And pray that you're not flossing in a public restroom and you drop your threader on the counter. Barf! So now I've got my Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Threader Floss. This floss is super awesome. It's trimmed down my floss time significantly. Yes it's expensive. Yes the packaging leaves some to be desired (individually wrapped, really?). Yes the tips have a small dangly bit that is not "rigid". Yes, it would be nice if it were sold in a box with more than 30 inside. I don't care. This floss makes living with my braces way easier. The packaging could have personal insults written on each wrapper and I'd still love it. For all its faults, I will continue buying this floss until the glorious day that I get my braces removed. Then I'll be going back to the regular Glide floss I've been using for years.

Much better than old-school blue plastic threaders
When I was younger, I had tons of orthodontic work and had to use the old school blue plastic threaders with regular floss. My daughter got her braces on this past Spring and they sent her home with a ton of those blue threaders. I thought, "Oh, great, she's going to get so frustrated." After looking more in her sample bag from the orthodontist, they had included one sample of these Oral-B Threader Floss packets. I opened the package and was amazed and slightly jealous that they didn't have these "back in the day" lol. After trying each of the types of threaders, my daughter was in love with these (as much as you can love flossing I guess, lol). My mom visited recently and she has a permanent retainer on the bottom. She spotted the pack and started going on and on about how much she loved them and she was glad she didn't have to use the blue plastic ones in order to floss. They seem pretty durable. My daughter says that the floss will shred if it gets hooked on a bracket, but that's rare and would happen with any type of floss I think (she said maybe once a month that this happens). The hardened tip makes it easy for her to thread in between the brackets and seems to hold up for the entire flossing session (unless it shreds, then she gets another). The price is comparable to what we would pay at the grocery store locally if you just order one packet. I use the Subscribe & Save and it makes it to where they are slightly cheaper, plus I don't have to worry about running to the store if she runs out. Definitely recommend for anyone with orthodontic work.

I LOVE these!
I can't believe I didn't know these existed. I've had a permanent retainer behind my front 8 lower teeth for 17 years and I've been using the awkward threaders with the big loop. I got so frustrated with those I gave up usually. My last dental check-up wasn't as good as it could have been. I got the usual flossing letter lecture but took it seriously this time. I found these and had to try them. They took a few seconds to get it threaded vs a battle that can take up to 5 mins with the loop threaders (I have a tremor so it makes it a little tricky). The floss works great. There's no taste which is fine with me. I'm glad I found these, they've made flossing not feel like a total chore

These are amazing. I have a wire installed on the back of my lower teeth. I used to use the little threaders that you had to use your own floss with and they work, but it was a little time consuming and made me not want to floss. These make it so easy since the threader is built in to the floss which makes it so much quicker to floss. I've tried another brand that has a threader built it but its a totally different type of floss that just shreds if it gets caught on anything and gets stuck in the metal so I ditched them and found these.

Skeptic turned believer!
I was skeptical about this product. I have a crown over two teeth that the dentist couldn’t even get that plastic needle through the middle. They suggested a water flosser. I have been using one but was concerned it wasn’t getting under the crown. This product has worked wonderfully!! With a tiny bit of coaxing it went right through the center under my gum line. I love that they are individually packaged as well. Highly recommend.

Best product for flossing teeth
I love these! I have a bracket on the back of my incisors after having braces. This is the first product that I found that makes flossing easy for the teeth that are bracketed together. Then after I use it on my front teeth I go to my back teeth. There is no flavor which I like, and it’s very strong. My teeth have been so much better since I started using this floss.

Like 2ft peices with hardened ends. Works great
I tried these out the other day and they dont really have a flavor but it is useful if you have braces or permanent retainers like I do. Its basically like 2 feet of floss pieces with each end of a piece having a harded (still flexible) end so you can maneuver it between the retainer/braces. Click helpful if this was any help please and thank you

Really helps my 12-year-old floss with her braces. Recommended by the dentist.
Really helps my 12-year-old floss with her braces. Recommended by the dentist. She was not flossing and brushing it off and they had to have a talk with us because she got a white spot on her tooth. She was not wanting to fly us and we asked if there were any products that made it easier and they suggested this. She says it’s much easier and loves it. Not cheap but worth it
