Works great. Favorite fish oil.

This is my favorite fish oil, and I have tried many brands. The only thing is, I sort’ve feel bad when I think about all the poor fish they had to squeeze and wring out just to get the oil out and then pour it into capsule form for me to ingest. But hey, to make an omelette, ya gotta crack a few eggs I guess.

Excellent buy

I have been taking the ON fish oil supplements in conjunction with ON's Opti-Men vitamins for years and I love them. When I go several days without taking them I notice a huge difference in the way my joints feel. I feel sore, uncomfortable, and ache. Especially due to my active lifestyle. When incorporated into my everyday vitamin regimen, I feel a HUGE positive difference!

Worth it!

I used to be one of those people who thought they did not need vitamins or supplements. I eat healthy so I always thought I was getting all the vitamins my body needed. My best friend, who is a nurse, persuaded me to give these a try. I bought them and after a few days my digestive system impressively improved. My digestive system has always been good but now I am extremely regular. It's awesome. It's worth every penny. Looking forward to checking out of some of their other products! Also, no fishy burps at all!!!!!

not too shabby

Been taking this for a while now, so far so good. This is my second bottle. no fishy aftertaste which is always a must when taking fish oil.pills aren't too big so they are easy to swallow.

You need to take vitamin D3. ON is always quality.

Good stuff and it works

I use fish oil on and off. I don't really mean to cycle it, just sort of forget about restocking. I have noticed when I start taking it, I feel better. Recovery after workouts seem to be nonexistent, skin gets a little better, and my hair becomes thicker. Not sure if its all in my head but I'm pretty sure the fish oil has something to do with it.

Great pills

Great product from ON, I’d recommend anyone lifting or doing some form of exercise to pick this up just to help you in your journey. Pills aren’t small but they go down with no fishy taste.

Perfect dosage size without having to have more than one ...

Perfect dosage size without having to have more than one bottle.5,000IU per day with 200 in the bottle means I can take this with me wherever I travel for over half the year without having to carry more than one bottle. (I travel overseas for up to 3 months at a time)

10/10 would buy again

Can’t really tell if it helps with pain that is already present because I take it as a preventative measure. However the fish oils have cause zero fish burps even if I take all three pills at once. They’re flavorless with an almost sweet smell to them.

A must have for your routine

Definitely a big help with joint soreness. These have the right amount of ingredients too!
