My first time ever to use a whey protein supplement. I never used anything like this before because oftentimes they taste yucky, chalky. But this one? Oh, SO YUMMY! I first mixed it with strawberries, blueberrries, banans, chopped almonds, ice cubes, almond milk and water. Oh so good! Then next with just banana. So good! Then I tried it without fruits but just almonds, almond milk, ice and water, oh so good! Lol. I sometimes add in my dairy free and sugar-free Silk dark chocolate yogurt. I like it super cold, so I prepare it in advance, put in the fridge, and just give it a little shake just before drinking. It’s creamy and filling, doesn’t make me crave anything sugary (it helps cos I started cutting down on my sugar intake). I drink it in the morning with my oatmeal, before I work out or run or simple exercise, and then after. Can’t wait to try other flavors next time!

I ordered the birthday cake flavor, and love the taste! I can be picky with protein powders like this, but it is just the right amount of sweet. It blends really well with a plastic ball in a shaker bottle, and i have not noticed the chunky “sprinkle” texture than some other reviewers have reported. Can’t beat the price either, this same product retails for at least $10 more in stores in my area. I typically shake one scoop with 14 oz of coconut milk or 1.5-2 scoops with 14 oz of water after a workout or as a meal replacement for lunch at work, if anyone is wondering.

Great stuff, only a month or so into taking it but I am seeing results!!! I got strawberry banana the first time but this time I got cookies and cream and think it's a lot better but I'm sure it's mainly personal preference. Make sure you get the 2 pound tub to try a flavor until you like it because there's nothing worse than getting 5 pounds of a flavor you don't like. Bottom line is this is the best bang of protein for your buck and you won't be disappointed.

So I am obsessed with trying different types of protein and I buy like 2-3 a month to try, if I don’t like I send it back. But I found my holy grail, and it’s the banana cream! It taste just like the banana Laffy taffy as someone else commented. It’s so good. I can drink it all day. In fact it’s the highlight of my day. Tastes more like a treat than a burden! I’m done with the protein search, I found it. I mix mine with silk protein milk for extra protein. I’m in Love!

So I ordered the unflavored protein because drinking flavored protein with milk makes me nauseous for some reason and I don’t always feel like making it in a smoothie. I mix the unflavored powder in a shaker either with flavored bcaa’s, or a juice or something and you can’t rven tell protein powder is in the drink, it’s quick and easy which is what I wanted while still getting in my gains.

I was skeptical since I can't tolerate the over the top artificial taste and sweetness in many of the protein drinks that are out there. This is by far and hands down the best tasting protein powder I have had. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and it tastes like a vanilla shake. There is very little after taste and the texture is super smooth with just a shaker/blender bottle. The perfect afternoon snack to fill me up til dinner and satisfy my sweet tooth.

First of all, I noticed the canister was almost full to the top with product. You cant even get a bag of chips that full anymore. The canister is also huge. Much bigger than my more expensive protien that only came half full. So right off I was impressed. I got the Vanilla Ice Cream and it smelled heavenly. I wasn't sure how good it would taste, but upon mixing it with unsweetened Almond Milk was pleasantly surprised. I had no issues with it mixing. I really bought this to bake with and also have been happy with those results. I have bought the ON brand before (chocolate) and really liked it as well. I highly recommend this product.

This review is for the French Vanilla Creme flavor ON Gold Standard 100% Whey. First, Optimum Nutrition has a Gold Standard NATURAL 100% Whey product that comes in Vanilla. I tried that product first, prior to this one. The Natural Whey product, at least in Vanilla flavor, was horrible. I couldn't stand the taste. That was also the first whey protein product I had tried and I almost gave up on it all together, making the assumption that if you didn't go with some sort of chocolate flavor it was probably going to be terrible (I can't eat chocolate). I decided, after reading some of the reviews on this French Vanilla Creme flavor, to give it a shot. To my surprise, it was great. Opening the can, the smell is delicious. The flavor in all the shakes and smoothies I've tried was a subtle but pleasant presence of vanilla. I even tried mixing it with 8 ounces of straight water, to test the flavor. While that's not the best way to consume it, even that was tolerable and I could probably drink a cup of it in plain water if I had no other option. My favorite recipe is to mix up a scoop of the French Vanilla Creme whey powder with 8-9 ounces of 1% Milk, 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter, 1/2 a frozen banana, and a dash of cinnamon. I put all the ingredients into my Ninja blender with a half dozen ice cubes and it comes out tasting like a peanut butter/vanilla milk shake. If you're looking for a Vanilla flavor whey protein supplement Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey in the French Vanilla Creme flavor is definitely a win!

I purchased the salted caramel 2 lb container. It was actually better tasting then i expected. It was a super strong Carmel taste and did not taste salty at all which was great for me. It taste more like a delicious vanilla milkshake with a hint of Carmel. 2 scoops was very satisfiying and keep me from wanting more food after my workout and held me over To my next meal. I enjoyed this one and would buy it again. It’s like the perfect substitute for a sweet desert.

Banana Cream has been my go-to flavor for several months. I don't seem to ever get sick of it. It smells and tastes similarly to banana flavored popsicles, but a little less sweet. I put about 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup milk in my shaker cup then one scoop of Whey. So not diluted much... this flavor mixes thin. (In contrast, my Casein powder supplements mix very thick so I usually go with with like 2 cups water there.) I love this Banana whey drink nice and cold so I put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before drinking. It tastes more like a treat than a supplement.
