Perfect container to hold all ur brushes and keep them from touching. Leaving the bristles in great shape and preventing no damage or bending. Very pleased with productm worth the cost. Every artist will appreciate this tool.

Perfect for drying, storing, and traveling with brushes.

I haven't traveled with this box yet, but it looks sturdy enough and holds my brushes securely. I use this box to store and dry my kolinsky sable brushes used for miniature figurine painting. (Drying brushes bristles up allows water to travel into the ferrule, loosening the glue, and shortens the lifespan of the brush. Drying the brush bristle-side down alters the shape of the point.) The price seems a bit high for a plastic box (with metal hinges!) and foam, but it's the only one like it that I see. I would buy this again.

Works great

This is a great product. I finally bought high quality paint brushes and this product protects my investment. The foam holds the paint brushes in place so that the brush head are not damaged while traveling. There are small holes in the case for air circulation, but when I get back home, I open the case and turn on a fan for quick drying to care for my expensive brushes. I only keep 6 brushes in this case. It could hold more, but I enjoy the spacing between the brushes for easy handling.

Works in a pinch.

Not long enough for some of my brushes but I was able to notch the plastic and it works just fine. Now I have two. One for bristles and one for sables. Love the case but it baffles me why an art product company doesn’t have more accommodating selection for such an important item.

An investment in your investments.

The art bin brush box its a great way to protect your investment in quality brushes. I used one for many years and found it was stolen recently along with the aforementioned brushes. While frustrating I was delighted to find that Artbin has continued to make quality supplies. You will need to break in the sponges with use, they can be dense and a bit hard to get brushes into at first but that keeps the brushes safe from movement. Artists who like to travel should get this, as should students going between classes. Just be aware larger brushes and those with fatter handles may not fit as well.

Perfect way to store brushes!!

I wanted something to hold my brushes in place in my desk drawer, so the tips would stay protected. This is perfect! It feels very well made and sturdy. The slits in the foam work great to keep my brushes of all different sizes nice and snug. There are plenty of slots to store all the brushes I use regularly. It was much bigger than I anticipated, but then again, I didn't read the dimensions :-)

Adequate storage and protection for my expensive paint brushes at home.

I really like this paint brush storage container for my brushes at home. Here are my reasons: - Made in the USA. - The container is clear plastic. - Large enough to store several different sizes of paint brushes. - The paint brushes stay in place and don’t touch each other due to the foam. I don’t use this container for traveling. I use my traveling paint brushes from Escoda instead.

Great box!

The first time I bought one was at a major chain (HL) but then they, along with the other chain stopped carrying this size. I need a large sized one and was so disappointed that they stopped having one in stock. I came on Amazon hoping to find one. I found the exact one! My other one was so crammed with brushed that I was putting 3 brushes on top of each other. I received it quickly, actually the day before my art class. I transferred all of my favorite/often used brushes into the new box. Ahhh... plenty of room and I don't have to take out a ton of brushes to find the one I need.

One of the best purchases I've made here on Amazon...this box holds brushes tightly and protects them from damage. I liked it so much, I bought a second one. Locks tight, and open easily. Great product!

This is the protection I've been looking for.

Larger than I expected. I guess this can find the long brushes oil artists use. I use standard size brushes for water color so I expect I can fit even more in this case.
