High strength lifting

Little muscle gain visually, but can lift more then ever with this stuff. Stak and mstak are both great products

BEST MUSCLE BUILDER I HAVE USED

I have used M-Stak for the last 3 months consistant with what the package says (21 days on 7 days off). It works. I have seen significant muscle gain. You cant expect to take this and not work out and not eat right and see the same results. This is just a supplement. Not a miracle worker.

Amazing product almost to a fault

Been hitting the gym for the last 2 years or so, plateaued where I was and was feeling stagnant. Had this recommended to me and it’s incredible. Almost to a fault, I added this to my regular supplements and immediately felt a difference. Biggest difference for me is when working out you don’t get tired or sore from anything and my PR’s have gone up considerably. Only down side I’ve noticed is a little while after your workout the soreness kicks in hard until you get sleep, I partially attribute this to not feeling the exhaustion or soreness during workouts I usually felt. However after getting enough sleep to recover it’s greatly improves recovery and makes you feel ready to go again the next day.

Works great

Great product. Gained 15lbs in about 3 weeks. I was taking True Mass BSN along with this. A lot of viewers stated it made them hungry. I felt this as well. Hungry for the full 3 weeks on. Just bought another can of this along with another thing of True Mass.

Worth the money

I did see a little bit of size from this but where it really surprised me was how much stronger I got in such a short time. Definitely worth trying out

Gains

I just finished my first can of this and I definitely see some gains. Don't expect nothing crazy but you will see a difference! But don't waste your time if your nutrition and training isn't in check. This will make you extremely hungry in between meals so make sure you eat every 2-3 hours. As far as the stimulant in the M-Stak (the red pill) I didn't really notice much besides increased heart rate while performing cardio and a bit of energy. I have a strong stimulant tolerance though, so this would be different for everyone. This was definitely worth the money and will be buying my second can here pretty soon, and like I said don't waste your money if you aren't eating right and training hard, but if you ARE doing those things and looking for a new supplement to take, for sure go with the M-Stak!

Awesome- WORKS

Amazing stuff- huge gains WITH loss of body fat.. 3.3lbs up in muscle, 3.5 down in fat in Less Than ONE month. Not beginner gains either. Lots of endurance, nice energy even though I did not take the stim (red pill). Highly recommend

Question

I like M stak, I have question , recently I have been diagnosed with low testosterone 216 , and prescribed testosterone injection trt 150 ml once every two week , question is, can I still use m stak ?

I use this product to help regain losses after time off

I, personally, have no problems taking all the pills contained in the packet, it’s not the big event these dudes make it out to be. I have used this product to help jumpstart training after injuries on two separate occasions, and it definitely has helped me get back on track. If you eat properly and train intelligently, this product should help you get some solid gains especially after time off.
