Love this cute cookware, dishes, and utensils! This goes perfectly with the kitchen set we have in the playroom at our house for our grandbabies! They love to “cook” in their kitchen! We had play food, but our grandson made the comment we needed plates to put the food on! Comes in different color combinations - love the pastel colors; white, pink, blue, yellow. There are (4) plates, (4) bowls, (4) cups, (4) each of spoons, knives and forks, plus a skillet, baking dish and lid that fits both! Grandson came over today and he loved the set!

Better than Pottery Barn!

This cookware/dinnerware set is fantastIc!!! I had previously purchased an expensive plastic set through Pottery Barn and not only did that set scratch easily by the type of plastic was SO LOUD when kids threw it on our wood floors! However, this Kidkraft set is not only as attractive but more more durable and quiet! This barely makes a sound when it hits our wood floors. Also. It is so functional that I often serve real snacks in it and my daughters get a kick out of being able to eat out of their playset. And, even better, it fits in the Kidkraft play kitchens perfectly! My daughter figured out she could hang the mugs herself and they look great.

Wonderful teaching toy!

This little set is perfect for imaginative play. And, since it comes from kidcraft, you already expect the best. This product is no exception. The set is colorful, cute, durable, high quality, and is perfect for little hands. Not to mention, they're also to scale. Not only with each other, but the matching kidcraft kitchen as well. We got both this kitchenware set and the matching pastel kitchen for our daughters second birthday. She loves to "cook", so these were perfect. I've never eaten so much pretend food in my life lol. She will stand and play with these for hours. Even by themselves, they're a really great "toy". I put toy in quotation marks because I believe that things like this can really teach a child valuable lessons. Things that they'll have to implement later on in life, like cooking and washing dishes. And, maybe even learn to enjoy it (well, not so much the washing dishes part, because who enjoys that? Haha!). If you get this set, I'd also recommend getting them some play food. There are lots of great brands out there in both plastic and wood that meet several different price ranges and are different quantities. They're perfect for tossing in these little pots, pans and bowls! Overall, this is a wonderful teaching toy that they're sure to enjoy for years to come.

Don’t listen to the haters!

No idea of the people saying there flimsy or bad quality/too small? There perfect and sturdy. They are awesome. Don’t listen to the bad reviews on here, nothing is wrong with them I promise!

Great for pretend play!

This is a great set of dishes for kids. My toddlers (4 and 2) love playing with their toy food, from setting up restaurants to daycare lunches to school cafeterias. They will set up all of their stuffed animals and use this cookware set to give them each a plate of toy food. There are enough pieces to give each stuffy a plate or bowl and at least one utensil to use. I might even buy another set of these as their stuffy collection grows! They really enjoy using these often. The set also comes with a pot and a pan which is great because my son loves to pretend he's cooking. All of these dishes mix in well with other items we own and provide for hours of pretend play.

The quality of these is AMAZING. I wasn't expecting them to be such sturdy plastic, It's not the cheap shiny flimsy stuff you normally see in kids cookware, like these could hold up to actual eating. I purchased the pastel color as that was all that was available and they are adorable. Great for both Genders, so would be great in a classroom or daycare setting. I plan on ordering a few more sets for our Childrens Church,since my daughter has enjoyed them so much.

A nice set of plates

A nice set of plates, bowls, knifes, forks, spoons and cups. For a good measure creators added a skillet and a pot to it. Pastel colors are quite nice. The only problem I have now is that my daughter insists of eating out of this set and it's hard to convince her otherwise.

This is a fun, functional cookware set with lots of pieces!! Great price for the number and variety of items included in the set. I purchased this for my co-teacher's nice for her 2nd birthday (my co-teacher purchased a play kitchen). It was VERY WELL received and has vastly expanded the play opportunities with the kitchen. These item can also be used in sink, bathtub or kiddie pool in summer - this is am essential toys for young children. GREAT value for the price.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. Have not seen better quality of dishes for kiddos. 1 year old loves them. A slightly bigger size for her little hands and her larger play food, and wonderful quality material- not that cheap plastic that cracks . Besides the cups, plates, bowls and silverware. Has skillet, pot, lid. I held the forks back until she gets older. Overall Just wonderful. Will be buying more for gifts .

Super great quality! Great product! Daughter LOVES these!

My 2 year old daughter loves these! She plays with them all the time. She usually matches all the colors together. So for example, if she's making a bowl of play food, she will put the orange spoon with the orange bowl for herself and give me the blue spoon with the blue bowl. This stuff is super great quality! It's such good quality that you almost wonder if you could actually eat off of it. This KidKraft cookware set is well worth the money. Don't go buy something cheaper because the quality of this will hold up for a very long time! Don't second-guess yourself on buying this set. It is well worth every penny! :)
