Many (but not all) of the performance benefits of 100% silicone with none of the problems

I've been using Dap caulk for many years and have never been disappointed. This Kwik-Seal caulk it great for bathroom tub, sinks, and other similar uses where there's a lot of water. While it is not as good (in terms of water resistance) as 100% silicone, this is much easier to work with. Unlike 100% silicon caulk, this spreads easily, is far less smelly and can be cleaned up with water. A snap to work with compared with silicon. It takes about 24 hours to fully set (or as much as 48 hours if the air is humid). Once set it will last for years before needing replacement. Of course, a good bond requires completely cleaning out the joint before caulking. No caulk can stick well to a surface that is not properly prepared.

My favorite style for clear.

I use paintable clear caulk for many crafty projects. This toothpaste styled tube is my favorite. Not needing the caulk gun is wonderful as well as being easier to handle for small projects and re-close with the cap to put away until needing it again. This use to be easily avaliable in stores. Not so much anymore. Glad it is avaliable on here.

I've used nothing but Dap Kwick Seal for about 40 years now. By far my favorite for quality and workability and easy clean up. Had to go online to get the almond color which is harder to find locally these days since it's an obsolete color for plumbing fixtures.

Caulking

Love the tubes so I don't need a caulking gun and I like the color instead of the white option that is always used and always gets mold. I used before in a home long ago ♡ Stores don't carry this item either. Glad to order online and have it come right to my apt.

Seals awesome and dries clear !

Sealed Beautifully and dried clear. It’s been a couple months since I used this product and everything is still intact and sealed appropriately. I would definitely use again in the future and Highly recommend.

Holds things in place, cheaper!

I love this stuff! I use it to hold carpet runners in place, one dab in each corner and your good to go!!! It's soooo much cheaper than those expensive carpet tapes that don't work!

It was a miracle in a bad situation

I really needed a good seal for my door frame (actually to keep out insects). I know it really isn't the intended purpose but it worked so wonderfully. Easy to apply - even for someone with no house repair skills. the adhesion was great.

A perfect match

This caulk was exactly the color of the caulk in my bathroom. I did find, however, that it's necessary to remove the old grout for this to go on smoothly, but after that, it worked perfectly.
