Cold sore sufferer for over 40 yrs. Only used OTC medicines that provided hardly any relief nor did they shorten the duration. Which for me was always at least 20 days. I ran across reading about lysine and the affect it has on cold sores. I bought this brand because it was the one closest to the purest form. I opened one up, made a paste of it, applied it on......it worked its magic! Instantly started to feel the pain and swelling subside. The Best Pure Lysine Out There For Rice Allergic Individuals

I know this is expensive, flat out, and is a genuine stretch for most of us. However, Lysine is the best ingredient to fight a host of viruses, and, for one like myself who can't seem to stop catching cold and flu bugs seemingly year-round, it works wonders and keeping me working instead of sleeping. As rice powder always makes me sneezy and irritated, due to a common allergy, this product, with no additives, is the perfect option. I switched from another Lysine to this one as recommended by the healer who essentially wrote the book on Herpetic Viruses, and the cause of so-called autoimmune diseases. This is currently the preferred brand. In capsules it is much easier to take than in the powder form I used to take. And that's important if you need to take it every day. One thing to know though, you need to take a LOT more than the recommended dosage on this label to do anything. In the order of magnitude of 5x for me. But consult a doctor or do a little investigating on your own to figure out the appropriate dosage so you see results. Miracle for Mental Health, Joint Pain, Skin Issues!

This product has been an absolute life changer for me! Started taking I-Lysine 3 months ago with hopes of improving my skin after having multiple melanoma spots removed. My skin looks much healthier, tighter - even scarring from previous removals have turned from an angry red to pink. The changes have been so significant that I'm actually looking forward to my skin cancer screening next month. Remarkably, lysine's positive effects were not limited to just my skin. I belong to a shingles group white I learned that if you take this that it will strengthen your immune system. I also suffer from psoriasis. Started taking this when I got an outbreak of shingles... and a month later, I was healed from shingles and psoraris. I take lots of supplements... liver flush and detox but I think this supplement and deep masssage to detox really did the trick... I take it very day, it’s been a year and no outbreak. I trust this brand. My integrative doctor recommends it. I take between 2,000 and 3000 mg a days.

Helping heal my blisters that started when i had chicken pox 23 yrs ago

I had staff infected chicken pox as a child and almost died. Was a guine pig for valtrex before it was FDA approved. It saved my life and left me free of scars. Something everyone who saw me in that state is surprised and extremely pleased with, however, the virus has stayed at my nerve endings since and will first life. If I'm overtired or I've done something rough to the skin on my face, I'll have a breakout and it's NEVER on my lips! So strange.. it will appear on my chin, my cheeks, or my neck. I've been taking this brand l lysine for the past week and it did not prevent an outbreak but it has more than halved the time it takes to heal. I'm not sure if you can prevent outbreaks for how can we live our lives never once getting overtired pr stressed. I have taken a pic of the outbreak that just came about this morning and will tweak this post to add pics during the next few days. I took the pills and also I took tbr powder out and made a paste with filtered water. So far however, it seems to be in the stage it looks within the 3rd day and usually mine take a week to heal.
